KPIs will depend on eacn individual country's peculiarities, but in general their achievement will be conditioned by a worker's competencies, functional skills and performance management.

Latium is developing an automated rating system for marketing events and is aimed at fulfilling the tasks with multiple contracts. We are developing an absolutely different project with a specialized rating system for sales employees. Our ratings will be provided by sales employers for their employees.

The idea of a globalized trust score is very tricky with Latium. Things will work out only if it's universally accepted, which is doubtful.

What is your way to make your ecosystem work?


Our algorithm for success is the following.
The employee fills in the information which is automatically inserted into our ratings after being verified by the employer. The status of the employer is to be confirmed by at least 3 real employees from the employer’s company. The employers found cheating will be blocked or their rating will be downgraded.
