Why can't you just interview a candidate? What's the problem with that?

Because we can't just hire a person without checking for the necessary personality traits we're looking for to fill some specific position.

Do you mean hiring for some hard-to-fill positions?

Not only for hard-to-fill positions. The matter is that a good job candidate should fit the organization's values, not just fit the job.

Exactly. That's what need the employee's social networks for. For assessment of the candidate's personality and values.

We're seeking to learn as much as we can about the candidate. And we have a good reason for that. Mismatches can be quite costly in terms of absenteeism, low productivity, and turnover. Our major goal is to improve the chance of making a good fit between candidates and the company.

Our product is an independent rating of such linear staff jobs as sales consultants, sales managers, marketing specialists, etc. We do have a better solution than Linkedin can have because we are really specific about our target customers.
