Did John manage to contact ragingazn628? Anyone else had any luck contacting him?  How long he's not responding? As far as i can see on his forums profile he logged on recently
Last Active:   August 14, 2013, 04:16:37 AM
If he logs on why he isn't responding in the thread?
I only have 1 share, but i feel like something really bad may happen if he just refuses to update us on his status...

Anyone of those who wanted out - Did you get your refund?

No, and I have requested via PM, in the thread and via email.

How hard can it be to find his address and send someone to check on him?  Cmon guys...

Like I posted a few posts before yours, I got the possible addresses narrowed to 3.
You can always get it from the picture he posted awhile back (that he didn't censor correctly).

But: No witch-hunts yet, guys... Seriously.

I know, I'm just wanna make sure we can contact him if it turns out bad. Someone could just go over and ask if he's ok and why he is not responding on this thread while he is logging into the forums.
If he made any orders, we should not request refunds, that's not how this works. But if he didn't, he should refund everyone. If he would order now, we would be the last ones in the queue, not such a good deal anymore if you ask me.

It would be really nice if someone - steven? - could go and check on him in person. Just ask him to reply on the thread and help resolve this case. Would be nice to know if he actually placed the order too...

I guess that's a small but promising sign this will all get straightened out eventually.

I really envy your trust in the honourableness of humankind.

But did you all forget what happend in the past? And that even Hero members betrayed the commuinity for huge amounts of coins?
I think it's time to build up more pressure and start the witch hunt next week.

As ragingazn628 is obviously lying to us or has some great problems with logic.

I have been going to therapy and I was told not to do anything work related to reduce stress.

But more importantly I've been working with my partner prodigits7 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=27850 for NEO-ASICS to make Avalon Clones for the Avalon Chips.

He was online and talking about new projects but not solving the current problems?
WTF?

To be honest, I really don't think John should release the information... That can't lead to anything good.

Maybe release it to people who actually have a reason to take it?  I mean, I live in the same state as him (CT), so I might start a small claims case against him...

Yes, they do: I just don't think that his personal information should be posted on a public forum.

I'm filling out the small claims forms now... If he doesn't come on in the next few days, I'm going to start the procedure (verifying his address, having the paper delivered)... I really hope he doesn't turn out to be a scammer.

I'd like to go that route as well. Can someone PM me the personal details, please?

"GIFT" is the key word. The favorite Paypal scam tool. No disputes.

If that's the case you should also have his email address...send an email. I did and got a refund the next day.  Of course the email address goes to his apparent "housemate", but I got a refund regardless.

Note: I'm not going to post the email address.  Plenty of people have it but I'm not gonna be THAT guy.
