Thank you guys again for being so very patient with me. I don't that there were a few people going crazy and skeptical about me but my word is gold. I am not going anywhere. About 20+ people in this group buy are real life friends. 3 of whom lives with me in this house.

If we want to be democratic we could set up a poll in a thread for folks to vote, or to a private vote through PMs to someone (I'll do it if need be).

But ya, don't think that is necessary personally, as I really doubt anyone wants to stay in.  


How about this for a plan:

We have the refund google docs sheet, lets keep building on that. Check the sheet, if you aren't on it, add yourself. We'll set a deadline of [open to suggestions] Wednesday, Friday? I'll send PM's to those people who are NOT on the refund list letting them know that they have until the deadline to claim a refund.  There will undoubtedly be non-responders, they can be combined into a jupiter or two, if there are enough shares.  I think it's also safe to say that there is no question that the Saturns are not going to be purchased.

prodigits07 was at my house 2 days ago and we processed refunds. Those who paid with BTC will be getting refunds in BTC back.

Why wait with the refunds until a deadline. There are many people, including me, who really have been waiting for a long time to get their money back -> refund them as soon as possible.

After many people have contacted us indirectly and directly about this particular case. we have come to a special arrangement in this particular case only to refund in BTC. Mainly so the transaction can be seen publicly. The issue is that we will only refund based on today’s value not on the purchase value.

So I will speak to the OP again later this week for those of you who wish to have a refund that's still possible but you must agree to either keep your shares in this group buy or be refunded at today’s rate

Guys that is list NOT valid. Prodigits7 said that he's refunded over 60BTC out of his own pocket. But as I can see this is NOT the case. I have all of this recorded.

Sam Cole said that we have until Wednesday to decide what to do. He said he can send the BTC today (249 BTC) and everyone's refund will be reflected upon the new price.

So for example:

If you paid .5 BTC = $50 you will get ~.4 BTC = $52 back

We can have the BTC refunded TODAY!
