I’m sure this was said earlier and I may have just missed it, and maybe even discussed at length elsewhere, but I challenge the use of “ May” as in “use of this firmware may void your warranty”.
It should be simply stated that use of this firmware voids your warranty.
Are people sending back individual boards for repair, and are able to not talk abou the firmware change, or are people reverting back to stock before their RMA claims and Bitmain can’t detect that the MHz had been changed (or the that the firmware had be rewritten?) Or am I way off and the people that use this firmware just accept the loss of failed hardware replacement rights when their hardware inevitably fails, because this firmware is so advantageous? Thanks.
1. Bitmain say when you overclock you loose your warranty, so reduce the frequency is not the Problem.
2. When you change the Firmware you loose the warrenty, but the Firmware is on the Controller board not on the hashboards. and I think when you change back to the Orig. Firmware Bitmain can not see that you have change it before.

When you change back to original firmware the old firmware has changed the Bitmain logo and Bitmain will know that someone tried to modify the firmware! On a sidenote, the warranty is ony 180 days from Bitmain, so until that period expires, well its up to you! But this firmware is a REAL HACK, it installed 2 new pools you do not see in the miner profile!

EVEN A FACTORY RESET WILL NOT REMOVE SOME PARTS OF THE BLISSZ FIRMWARE! - WARNING! DO NOT INSTALL
When you go back to the original firmware you go back, nobody changed your logo, it's in your browser cache, press CTRL+F5 to refresh.

You don't understand how dev fee works, and you clearly didn't read post 1 or anything in this thread. Who are you warning, people even more lost than you?

@Blissz Consider using different names for the images in your interface so this cache issue goes away...

bliss sugesstion,

Can you mine the dev fee after the first 30 minutes not at the first 2 minutes the machine running ?

The reason is when we are going for manual tunning to find the sweat spot.. I tend to leave 10-20 minutes of the machine running to see the HW error..

and start to change the clock or voltage and every time the machine restart  it mines your dev pool..at the first 3minutes, I dont wanna be stingy but come one atleast give us proper tune then you can have your fee. Sounds fair right ?

I hope you can tweak it.. in v 1.13.

Maybe this is the reason for upper guys blame you.

Thanks

v2.02 beta :: 14/12 :: test version

Download:

https://mega.nz/#!DghG2KwC!OJEK4_d47skRB6yrLRE2bfzlX7FWXLXzgoKA_q5dKco

Changes 14/12:
- fixed auto recover from xxxx
- cleaned up kernel logging
- a bit more aggressive tuning
- tunes down faster now when too many HW errors are detected

Changes 13/12:
- Totally rewritten code base, based from latest available bitmain / cgminer sources
- ASIC's now automatically recovers from xxxxx errors without restarting (The auto reboot options are still in there in case it doesn't succeed)
- blazing fast mining status overview in the webinterface Cheesy
- as requested: the dev mining starts later now (after 5 minutes)
- as requested: dev pools status is now visible in the miner status

and last but not least...

- added a first version of the auto tune!  Cool

When enabled this will search for the best possible frequency at the given voltage setting. The first 5 to 10 minutes it will search for a good base to start from. After that it checks for excessive HW errors every 15 minutes and adjusts the frequency accordingly.

Important: This feature is not completely finished and the startup is a bit slow now.. Therefore I need your help. So what do you need to do:

set your advanced settings the same as displayed bellow
let it run for at least 20 minutes
PM your (complete) kernel log
By doing so I can get to a conclusion what the starting frequency of the auto tune algorithm should be.
In case you want to help more: increase the voltage a bit and do the steps above again as it will give some more information

Thank you!

@blissz, not to beat a dead horse here but please let all of this recent yelling in the thread be an example of how what wasn't a big deal to you (removing or not listing the dev fee front and center) can be a major concern to others, and can really backfire in the long run.  I don't know who's right here, but I tend to believe you haven't done anything wrong, but it would have been (and will be) so much easier if your fee is prominently displayed in the front page.  The conspiracy theorists can go back to other subjects once this is done.

I do agree that you start mining so quickly (1, 3, 5 minutes in, whatever), that it does lend itself to appearing a little shady.  I think you should take your money 30 - 60 minutes in.  I don't like the fact that as we get our machines to work, constantly restarting them within 1-10 minutes, you're bank account is getting inflated for the wrong reason.  IMHO, you should get paid when the software is up and running as intended.  If for no other reason, than to have high integrity and honor in the process.

I know this will spark a backlash of people who want to pay you within the first 1, 3 or 5 minutes... but my opinion is valid as well.

Hello again guys,
With the new beta update,
im having a trouble, I was tweaking a few settings, and then I could not see the status page correctly anymore, there is no information at all as u can see on my screenshot.
The miner is working and I can see hashrate on the pool tho, strange, any help on that ? or is just because of the beta branch ?

How long did you wait for the machine to start up before checking or refreshing the status?

Waited enough Sir, don't worry also tried Rebooting machine didn't work but going back to the Stable Version worked and my status page is back so I guess its clearly a problem with the new version !

Your just going to high your asic chips cant handle 600 that is why its getting worse

My D3 is 19.5 gh/s it should be handle it with 562M I think.. But I'm trying all possibilities of voltages but HW and pool rejects being is very high at the same time.. 21 gh/s is enough for me I don't want to use stock firmware..

it doesnt mean that it can handle even 19.5 gh/s it depends on luck, in your place i would lower frequency
