My greatest fear as a bitcoin holder is that I will not able to cash out my bitcoins. Its hard if you already have your money in an online wallet but you cannot use it in your daily living. It is worst than being scammed or hacked because all you can do is stare at your money. Unlike being scammed or hacked, you just need to accept it that your money is gone. But I know that it will not happen, that is now my greatest fear but I fear also being scammed or hacked because now a days anyone can steal your data in a matter of seconds so be careful.

If government ban on anything related to the trading of Cryptocurrencies that is my fear as a bitcoin holder. As cryptos are not a legal tender, many governments have an aversion of it.

Well for me, and i guess for all bitcoiner, the greatest fear that us the bitcoin holder have is if we lost the bitcoin. Whether if we lose the value of bitcoin, or we lose the amount of the bitcoin because of some phising or hacking activity by some people.
Decreasing in value is not an absolute fear in my opinion, because if it can rise again, then it doesnt matter. But if it crash ( no people use it, banned everywhere, no vendor accept it), then we should be worried very much.
That is a real fear but at the same time, things are not so simple bitcoin is not going to disappear overnight, so if something were to happen to bitcoin you will know and since we are in the most popular bitcoin forum then chances are we are going to be one of the first people to find out about such a thing, however the chances that happens are slim at best.

The greatest fear of all bitcoiners when there money will disappear one day, because many scammers and hackers in the surroundings that's why all bitcoiners need to be careful because if hackers will attack that is a very big impact in bitcoin, and the worst fear also if the government will ban bitcoin in the country and bitcoin will have no value in the market and if they will cut internet connection so that they cannot use bitcoin, but it will not happen because bitcoin has a high demand and popularity in the market and bitcoin price continue it's increase and government cannot control bitcoin because it is decentralized with blockchain technology.

"Hacking and scams remain the top risk for Bitcoin holders. Exchanges that shut down or passwords stolen from devices can easily wipe out a person’s bitcoins. Moreover, governments and central banks from various countries are starting to impose limitations on the use of cryptocurrencies.

Digital coins clearly threaten the political and economic establishment, and the regulatory environment can quickly change with the stroke of a legislative pen. Banks and governments typically use familiar language in the media, such as the need to protect consumers from new risks.

We are hearing familiar talking points from politicians who are getting pressured from the banking lobby. It seems that the root cause of the status quo’s actions in 2017 is to protect fiat currencies and traditional financial interests. Competing digital coins represent a potential end to the government’s monopoly of the monetary system." - Bitcoin.com

What are the top risks for Bitcoin holders?

My greatest fear as a bitcoin holder is that when the price of bitcoin will be goes down and not going to rise again because how can I earn more money if the price of it are low. When I will not able to cash out my bitcoin is also my greatest fear because I can get nothing on my work.

I think my biggest fear would be if bitcoin will be gone forever without any warning but other than that, I don’t think I have any other fear as a bitcoin holder though.

as a bitcoin holder, of course I'm afraid of scammers specially in payday, but technically bitcoin wallets are decentralized and its imposible for them to hack it, private keys are made for security, and only the owner know it, i mean have it, because private keys are hard to memorize, so you really need to copy and paste it in a safe note or any where you safely paste it

Maybe when I wake up one day and bitcoin has no value at all. We hold because we believe in its potential to grow and have high value. If that day comes, then all the holding we did will be all in vain.

The only thing that scares me with my bitcoins is when it becomes impossible to cash out meanwhile nobody (merchants) accepts bitcoin as payment. But I doubt it would happen because the silk road will always be there to accept bitcoins.
My greatest fear as bitcoin holder is that when bitcoin is no longer as valuable as it is,and can no longer convert it into fiat.

The only things that scares me as a bitcoin holder are the following:
   1.) When Bitcoin price drops
   2.) When Bitcoin banned worldwide
3.) When Bitcoin is not valuable at all and cannot be converted to money.

My greatest fear as a Bitcoin holder is when the time comes that Bitcoin's price and value will decrease and drop at its value. It will be alarming. Also, if I didn't get the return of what I invest here. You see, bitcoin is indeed risky and we can't tell what will happen.

We are all at the same page when it comes to our fear in having a bitcoin, especially nowadays wherein bitcoin is at stable price and is not increasing yet even for a $16k, hope it will rise this month so we will complacent with our investment here and can withdraw it anytime we want.

The biggest risk for bitcoin holders is if they have invested too much money to buy bitcoin and the price of bitcoin suddenly greatly falls down or the wallet that they have gets hacked by other people. My greatest fear as a bitcoin holder is when another cryptocurrency overwhelms our beloved bitcoin. It may give an adverse effect to its investors as people may shift to that crypto then completely leave bitcoin.
