This is the worst ico by far.
Even if said that, hey we scammed you and run away would be better than this situation.
Sorry for the people that put money in this.
Maybe you are right this is a bogus ICO but we can expect a stand from envion. There is only one man who destroyed the envion by fraudulent activity. If envion investigate properly on this case then they can make a stand. Well if they say to all that we scammed you then all they will be in trouble but it's not going to happen, be positive.  I bought envion token at very low price, let's hope problem will be solve very soon. |

I followed Envion from the start and finally did not invest. To many red lights. ROI that was not realistic. According to the plans just before ICO there should be at least 500 MMU 's fully functional by now. Production lines, parts all was ready for mass production in January 2018. The MMU showed in vids was not working, the second took ages to build... Sorry for all the people that invested 😣

I advise Envion ICO investors to sue the Envion founders and CEO for not producing the expected amount of MMUs and thereby not being able to provide the advertised ROI. Demand your money back. The tokens are worthless if there are no mining operations. Focus on the funds they raised, which have not been used for their intended purpose. For months Envion kept silent and pretended to be building MMUs. They have lied to you. There have been lawsuits over much smaller Kickstarter projects that failed to deliver. Kickstarter project sued, unveiling crowdfunding weakness
Last year, Washington State Attorney General filed a consumer protection lawsuit action against a Kickstarter project, Asylum Playing Cards.
In the original crowdfunding project, Altius Management raised $25,000 from 810 backers. The rewards for the campaign were set to be delivered in December 2012, but when the suit was filed in April, 2014, nothing had been sent.
Washington State filed a lawsuit against the company for failing to deliver their product and not offering refunds. The suit only applied to 32 people, the backers who lived in Washington state. The defendants were fined around $54,000, for restitution, civil penalties, and attorney’s fees. That was a $25,000 fund raiser. The Envion ICO was over a $100 million fund raiser. Go figure. The feud and lawsuit between the founders and Woestmann is irrelevant to the investors. Envion for all intents and purposes is forever dysfunctional. The only thing that matters, investors, is getting your money back. |

Business run based on reviews and reputations which actually decide the future. If someone expect if they restores the container building and reach at solution people will easily digest all these stress moment is dreaming. Here are deceiving under terms of lies and internal conflicts so new people will want to stay away when there are option why one will try to retest these unprofessional.

The founders have still to respond to many of the open and pending clarifications.. most important of all is why the locked founders money went moving all around since more than 3 months ago

This can never be checked.
There are only 2 good solutions for this problem
1. The locked tokens of the founders wallet and envion wallets must be burned.
They have sold other tokens before. Then these can be burned.
2. Full refund to the investors.
Creating new tokens like (ENV2) makes no sense and does not solve the problem.
Wand who has illegal and legal tokens can not be checked because the ilegale tokens can still be owned by Founders or CEO.
Problem solved!

If they don't want to run this project anymore! I am feeling unhappy about envion bounty hunters, who worked hard for this project but they got nothing. This decision will be despondent in the rights of bounty hunters. This is a lesson for newbies, crypto is very risky and be alert. |

I knew it, both sides are guilty and committed a crime. There is nobody we can trust in Envion. I still hoped for a solution but this summary confirms fully what I thought that will happen. Like always investors lose money. If not all than for sure a big chunk of investment. People who bought on exchanges and never invested in ICO phase will lose everything. The only hope for them is to find an investor who bought during ICO and sold everything. He could confirm this tokens for actual owners using his KYC approval (just a thought). Such a waste of money and time. Envion shame on you. |
