That is really unprofessional behavior the way they moved this project from the beginning we don't have any clear statement and after a long time we see founders came on the front and new drama get started. The future of this project is still doubtful after a decision of the court no improvement till now.

In business reputation is everything once it is gone then all is finish. There is no development news as far as I know from whatever I am following. Only thing is circulating over and over again are the court decisions. Founders even if start development fresh capital will not watch towards this project anymore after all this drama. They should return money voluntarily to those want to withdraw them and let chance to those want continue.

Would be great if they let investors choose but I don't believe they will do something like this. I lose my trust in all this people and company. Maybe court can rule such a verdict that Envion has to return money to investors if anybody wants to leave the project.

Maybe the founders still have faith they can make the project a reality and a success. The product is still good, why not give it a final try

Maybe they have faith but which court let them further manage this company if they committed a fraud?

I don't think this would be possible ever again. For them, Envion is lost and the court will assign somebody else to manage the rests from this ICO.

I'm not a lawyer and this will be great to hear expertise from somebody with knowledge in this field. What are the possible scenarios?

 I feel the same way after I gave envion ether and found out later that I could not be an accredited invester and sent about 6 or 8 emails since February and the last 2 email about getting my ether back they now don't even email me back they took my ether and ran.

In your opinion, does the project feel good at the moment ? There was no theft and this is a simple flood/FUD or some kind of trolling (sarcasm) You are defending a fortress that has already become a ruins, it seems to me.

a situation like this can definitely break a project to the point of no return, but i've also seen projects that had terrible starts manage to succeed in the long term. Nothing is certain but to be honest I think this project is done, so many others popping up that could replace envion. It's a shame really, one bad apple ruins the basket

If your tokens unlocked, you should have access to your Private Key.
Remember: never share your Private Key to anyone!

Now you can use your Private Key in MyEtherWallet to transfer your EVN tokens.
Also you'll need to send a bit of Ethereum to your unlocked wallet, about 0.001 ETH, for GAS and GWEI.

this project turns to scam but after team clear their issues with their own team members its not scam anymore
but still needs time to figure it out that what will happens with envion
if team start answer their community members questions then its good and positive sign
