So that refund also means if you sold at a loss? Because it is a security token.
If you bought in the ico for 1btc env then bought what was worth $ 20,000 as an example. That with the current value you get about 5 bitcoin $20,000 back?
But if you sold at a loss you have the right to get back the other amount you lost.

Paragon has also heard this in court that they must give back 27mil. It was looked at dollar and that must be paid in crypto at the current value in dollars. even if you had sold at a loss, you got that difference back

this is why sec is making their move and capturing who made fraud with investor through ICOs
envion was big project and its ICOs was good enough. envion team gathered 100 millions in the ICO so defiantly envion team have to answer their participant that what they do with their money or have to refund it.
i agree that big part of crypto community is out due to fraudulent in most ICOs and it impacts on the market very negative

I think this will be a good info for people who bought using a credit card.

Yesterday I have read on Telegram that somebody got chargeback lately from Visa. So there is still chance even if you purchased ENV tokens with your CC. This person claimed that Finma case is enough reason for the bank to give back the money. So if they ask why just tell that they are scammers and already Finma has started a case against them and you should get your money back which is great, I think.

We are moving to the end of this year which disclosed many scam projects and many people experienced loss of money. There was huge lesson for many people to learn and be prepare for next year. Don't believe in words and glittering things this is best example of too good to be true. Those who studied scam projects of the year. If one would read the court announcement then there is stated that they liquidate ENVION because no one left who is capable and trusted to take over this project from the founders or the CEO team. They are all waiting for law suites because committed a crime.

This is due to the fact that we are still in the Far West period of crypto, with its good and bad aspects. Being a Far West it is easier for criminals to steal. But in the Far West the robbed ones would eventually decide to get justice by themselves. That's was allegedly already happened in the silk road market. One day this may end up extending also to fraudolent ICOs. Far West can go both directions.

you are right if their is refunding to the investors then i think crypto investors should not thake back their money or if they refunded then they have to hodl them for atleast for one year.
but still there is no clue that envion team will strict with the project or don't want to work on it right now iof they don't want to work on the project then refund is good.

From the first they are suspicious on blaming each other within the team. I really hope they refund the money invested by the people fairly faster to move ahead with other things.

sadly, thousands of people are banned from telegram, because many months ago they were banning lot of people without reasons.

strangely Envion is still trading on several exchangers, such as Yobit and Tokenstore,
this is very disappointing, ENV should be removed
