You can use any tail. Numbers and letters are both fine, at least if you use same worker name+tail in your miner's config.

Looks fine for me. No signs of decrease in total hashrate.

Can you see the pool's website ? Try to ping deepbit.net to check if there are any connection problems.

"Workers not connected" that what I get when I go to my account page. When I start it guiminer mines, but deepbit.net doesn't update information or say my worker connected.

Pull up a Commandline box and tell it

netstat -a | findstr 8332

Is there a connection to the pit.deepbit.net:8332 ?

Update: changed the commandline to remove a redundant | and > for clarity

I am using the latest version GUImininer and it is hashing + FPGA hashing, however I am not getting any reward for the last 13 hrs.
Can someone explain to me what is going on?? or I should move to a different POOL?

If you are mining in Proportional mode then it's normal because we have a long round at this moment. Some rounds are very short, some are very long.

I am running proportional, therefore I didnt know what was going on.  cause I thought GTX TITAN was not running properly etc...
at least they run roughly 280Mhz Hash rate w/ no tweak.

Round duration can vary. This very long round already finished, so account balances will be updated in next hours.
This doesn't happens in PPS mode, that's why it has higher fee.

When I use that command in command line, it give me this:

"Display Protocol  statistic and current TCP?IP network connections."

Then it gives me a list of command at the bottom.

I put this code in command prompt "netstat -a findstr 8332". Is that right?

If it is, what command should I do next?

It will give you a list of names, addresses and ports to which your system is connected first, and then filter on entries that include the text 8332 ("findstring").
Don't forget the pipe ("|"), it is meant to transport the output from netstat -a to the findstr filter.

The "netstat -a" output should look like:

Active Connections

Proto  Local Address          Foreign Address        State
  TCP    0.0.0.0:80             0.0.0.0:0              LISTENING
  TCP    0.0.0.0:135            0.0.0.0:0              LISTENING
  TCP    0.0.0.0:445            0.0.0.0:0              LISTENING
   ...
  TCP    192.168.1.13:54979     pool.deepbit.net:8332        ESTABLISHED
  ...

findstr will help you wade through all the lines, if you don't see 8332 (it might have a name on your system in the services file), findstr for deepbit should give clarity as well.

I am trying to change my wallet address and am unable to receive a confirmation email from Deepbit.net.

I have tried contacting the system administrator by email to the two addresses that are listed on the site to us in case of problems.

Both of my emails have been bounced back to me with the following after my email tried to send messages for 5 days.

<tycho@deepbit.net>: connect to mail.deepbit.net[46.4.121.118]:25: Connection timed out

<pool@deepbit.net>: connect to mail.deepbit.net[46.4.121.118]:25: Connection timed out

Has anyone been able to send emails to either of the listed addresses or how to contact Tycho. I am becoming a bit worried and would really like to withdraw my coins from Deepbit.

I am trying to change my wallet address and am unable to receive a confirmation email from Deepbit.net.
E-mail confirmations are working fine.
If you are using hotmail as your e-mail provider then you have to add "pool@deepbit.net" to your contact list, otherwise Hotmail just silently drops our e-mails.

Yes, our support e-mail address is temporarily unavailable as we are moving the mail server again, but I'm always here to answer any questions.
This doesn't affects the confirmation system.
