Changing ICO rules are dependent on its actual funding because not all ICOs are attractive, so it means that their sales is not as high too, some are extending their ICO sale date or other had to pause their project or rebrand their project to attract more investors. The bounty participants are also affected to some changes and sales performance and their is no need to argue with the rules as long as we are mutually understand upon the agreement. Had joined lots of bounty campaigns and never done complaining about their payment as long as it is well compensated and justifiable.

How do you feel about the fact that in some bounty companies change the date of delivery of reports. Change the amount of coins.
In general, at the height of the advertising company do what they want. I am amazed at this dishonest game. What is your opinion?

Sometimes it is very disappointing but the owners have the right to change the amount allocated to bounty people. I have experienced much time with this issue but moderators also suggested us they have the right to change.

Yes, that is quite disappointing . Some time after working for some ICO for couple of months, then you get to know that they have not reached their target and they denies any payment for bounty participants or they pay very little. But it is also a fact that if they could not collect the required investment from the crowd-sale then how would they pay us?

It gives the ICO such a bad taste if they change the bounty rules. Does anyone remember the Author ICO bounty campaing? It was everywhere I looked due to people got 75 coins just for signing up! But turns out they changed the rules so you could only get the paid out if it was above some said amount basically screwing the average Joe.
I have seen already lots of ICOs which they did change the allocation of bounty at the end of the campaign which it do really make those bounty hunters get angry and its just really normal since they do decide to promote the sale on a certain rate but it ends that they do only get little amount because of such adjustments which isn't really worth for the effort. Examples are Bowhead and Cartaxi.

Yes they should not change it but if it is the larger interest of project, then I would habe no objection.Otherwise it is unacceptable

Yeah, I think it can be very disappointing. Sometimes it happens when developers think that BCT campaign didn't give much to the project but I think they still have to hold their promises and don't change any rules, established before.

I think it's a big dishonor. Because bounty hunters are not a company to play. And it will never happen. It is necessary for the forum management to put rules on this issue.

Changing rules when campaign is done are totally awful decision by the dev and this one could ruined their entire project so expect that their coin will be die anytime since many people will be afraid to hold their bought tokens. Maybe this changing of bounty rules should be address by mods so that the fairness of all upcoming ICO camp will be warned upon doing this kind of bad decision makings.

of course very disappointed because it is not in accordance with the initial agreement and only one party decision alone. but somehow must still be resolved because if it just stop it will be more loss.

I think it does not matter, as long as the signature still gives us enough profit to pay us even if it does not match the initial agreement. but hopefully it will not happen because later you can say fraud.

I feel objected if it happens, because the initial agreement for the signature is not appropriate. if it happens that means the manager of the project is not professional. but just continue to finish the project rather than get nothing.

This changes occurred because of bitcoins volatility, well i cant blame them for changes rules and stuff its just that the price to today keeps increasing in a abnormal manner, just look at the previous chart on how steady the bitcoin price is but now it has gone crazy.

It is inappropriate to change the rules without prior notice. Even if the DEV's are busy they need to announce that the rules has change. Yeah we can't predict problems on the project to cause a change of rules on the bounty. But they need to notice everyone who is participating on the said bounty.

yes it can indeed harm us as bounty hunter ...
if indeed from the beginning there is already a provision that the final decision of the campaign is in the hands of Dev, of course we can not demand more. but if there are no such rules, we will be able to report the problem and ask for correction with proof of the strength of the rules set at the beginning of the bounty program.

replace rule is okay, it's a right from them, but at least there should be a notification so that the participants can understand and can take to adapt to the new rules

want to disagree but certainly can't change the rules back to the beginning. so just knowing the most important always follow applicable rules even though it's new. important the bounty followed not a scam and still get paid

I think it is not fair to change the rules of the game later. as well as a campaign that will detract from the campaign's name.

I think when they change the rules of the game already in its process, it's wrong.
the guys work, and then through time they go into the branch, and they see that they worked for free.
