This dev thing has to do with idea and strategy I think sometimes ideas don't come any more or the strategy is poor and it back fires. Some actually are pre-planned scam, which is not good at all. Honesty is a sure thing anytime any day we should uphold it.

I feel really bad about that. I understand that something might happened and they have to change something but it's terrible anyway and they should notify everyone about the changes (mean not on the bounty page but with a personal letter).

This would be really disappointing. None would encourage such acts. It would be really appreciated if this has been priorly intimated before everyone either invest or joins in the respetive companies. I would really suggest to study, analise and then pitch into anything before investing in. Or thank god i still didn't join campains that changing 2 much, but still thinking that those changes unfair.

That kind of disappointing on the part of bounty hunters. I agree that there are many bounties like that. They changed the rules on the last minute of the bounty campaign. The worst case is that the tokens you received is not the same as written on the spreadsheet. Bounty managers and developers must work together to resolve such situations.

If in advance in the campaign conditions it was written that the rules can change, then agreeing to participate you agree with this. Take a closer look at the selection of bounty campaigns. For example, I look first at the campaign manager, as well as on the developers.

Not only on last minute but mostly such changes being made when the ICO finishes or reaching out their desired target. Managers wont really able to do something if developers would decide on cutting out the tokens but there are instances where theres some manipulation on spreadsheets either on managers intention or on other people. Cutting off payouts is really happening because I have experienced those things.

Bounty programs can be changed end date at any time when the project successfully sells the ICO and the rules can also be changed at the request of the project owner. I do not think project managers want to change the rules or anything in the bounty campaign, but it's a requirement from the project owner that they have to accept and implement it. Since we are the one who needs this job then it is our responsibility to study the project first before joining. As we can see some of campaigns are posting their rules at the bottom.. Reminding everyone about the rules that can change or implemented in the middle of the projects while in progress. Once we applied and accepted this project it only means that we are agree to their rules and regulations and we are binded with agreement.

Of course in reality, I will get disappoint. Imagine from that start I'll follow all their rules then all of a sudden it will change instantly. It will be very unfair for the ealier participants who partake to their campiagn project.

But what if the developers in advance warn that the rules can change. In each second bounty such conditions are prescribed. I think there's nothing to change, except how not to participate in such a bounty, if you know initially about this possibility.

I am very disappointed with something like that but of course we can not do anything. Their decision is final so complaint will not fix anything. What we can do only accept everything they make although they make the change without our agreement.

Its depend upon the changes, if the changes in the rules have negative effect to us or to all participant i will be upset , but if the changes has positive effect it will be ok. The changes in the rules are made to improve the project, so we have no choice.
Just trust them because it is also for our own good. Although sometimes the changes are too much.
