Did you see bitfunder is going to block US customers? Probably a lot of people are going to cash out...

Im sure lab rat is looking into all possibilities.. rest assured that he has your bitcoin address as to send out dividends. Im sure he will find a solution. I've heard of other exchange sites around. Im sure there has to be one on tor, but technically, what labrat is doing is totally legal. we are private investors in his private company. we dont own any assets.
Zach is a smart guy, no reason to panic...If I could, I be purchasing at the panic sale... He knew that this was a possibility, hence our bitcoin addresses to identify us... Don't panic... It will be okay...

I don't know, but in the mean time I would highly recommend everyone to PANIC SELL - PANIC SELL NOW!!!11!1! </troll> But seriously, this is just a representation of the shares, they don't actually exist on the exchange so don't worry. Just because you can't buy/sell them through BitFunder doesn't mean that LRM disappears or goes out of business, it'll just be a bit harder/laborious to distribute the dividends. *shrugs* So don't lose your shit, just sit tight and wait for another exchange to pop up, and grab yourselves some cheap shares in the meantime!

The dividends will be safe however it is going to be very hard to trade without an exchange.

I will make that easy - I will buy any and all bonds for 0.005BTC each. Just say how many you want to sell, and post it in a message signed with you BitFunder associated address to prove ownership, and then if and when BitFunder shuts down I will pay the BTC and take control of the shares. You will need to email the message to both me and Lab_Rat to confirm the change of ownership though. The above is somewhat tongue in cheek with the price offered as I don't want to be held to something which I later regret, but the method stands in principle, and I will still happily buy any at that price! But yes, your point is valid in that it will be hard, just not impossible.

I can almost guarantee you with 100 percent certainty that he will list them with a good exchanger in a timely manner.. You are right, if we cant sell or buy the shares, it will be difficult for any company to survive... There are some alternatives now, but Im sure hes looking at the best one. If you can, buy the cheap shares and benefit once things get back on track. at least we have our dividends to look forward to...

I think you are missing the point. There are no legal Bitcoin based exchanges as far as I know(let me know if I am wrong)
So unless one is available or one is made legal then no exchange is going to touch American securities or investors.
Labrat needs to made a forum on his website asap then we can trade there if necessary.

Tor Network. Similar to SR but for Exchanges. I would bet on something like this popping up.

Correct me if im wrong, but I believe gigavps did this not too long ago, he took control and put everything on his site.. so, worst case scenario, he can make his own place to trade his own shares of his own company, I dont think that would violate any sec rules as long as he doesnt advertise it...
The best thing to do is not to panic.. Zach will figure something out.. our investment is safe and while this is a bump in the road, im sure thats all it will be in the end, a bump.. so I would make sure you bitcoin addy is correct on bitfunder and make sure its one where you have control over it, not an address from an exchange, like mt.gox, etc.. Im not sure, but I think addresses from blockchain.info should be good... You just need to have control over the private code...
