I am very lucky to date because stuck on a scam site never happened. So if I am going to go into it should be more detail again how the site offers services later.Sometimes there is a big and small value from there we should be able to think carefully if really want to make an investment.

I just came over from the 'Investor Games' subforum (hope I got that right). A guy there said he came across a site asking to double his bitcoin, he paid in $20 and got $40 the following day or so. He then went for a higher plan of $300 hoping to cash out $600 but they asked him to pay in another $300 before cashing out. He got confused and was asking for advice.

I think I've been there before. Before I became a forum member. I once came across one of those scam sites promising to generate bitcoins. Thought it was real, but when they asked me to pay some transaction fee, I was stuck. I had no money to pay the fee. With the benefit of hindsight, I know I'd have sent them the 'transaction fee' had I had the coins to send them.

Now, what have been your experience with internet scams?
How do we help people not to get scammed?

I've been scammed through the first campaign that i got in here in bitcoin so really invest all the trust and my time during that campaign but I got nothing in return for all of that and of course i feel so bad because i couldn't think that i will be actually get to be scammed.  And of course to avoid getting scammed again I try to choose my campaigns wiser.

If You’ve Been Scammed Out of Cryptocurrency It’s Probably Your Fault
Scammers are a dastardly, low down bunch. Preying on the gullible, extorting the vulnerable, and hoodwinking the hoodwinkable with their promise of free bitcoin if you send a little first and daily interest on your Bitconnect loan. It’s an indisputable fact that if the cryptocurrency space were cleansed of scammers, the web would be a better place. It’s also a fact that if you’ve been scammed of cryptocurrency, it’s probably your fault.

yes I been scam in bountie campaign because they didn't give my reward for my work I think some other  bounties are not good or scam and I scam in airdrop too.
I have been scammed too in bounty campaign specifically in signature campaign. I thought it was a good campaign but at the end of the campaign, it was announced that it was scammed. After that, I've been careful in choosing campaign.

Not yet because I am aware that networking is prone to scammers and criminals that only wants your money. I am searching about the techniques of scammers so that I will not be scammed by them.

It is a simple investment option and this is the form banned by this forum because it is a fraudulent form to make a profit. Hyip is widely known as a way to make significant gains in a short period of time and I think this is a form of over-risking investment and it sure will stop and hug the money of all investors and Disappeared soon after.

Yes ive been scammed by those ICOs project that come out last year. The reviews of experts are great but in the end they are all scam. No one really knows who are will be the scammers and when will they scam. Some projects have alibis like they have been hacked and others are said they are on maintenenance but the real is they are
starting to scam all the people invested in their project. I learned a lot in cryptocurrency world.

The truth is that the sites aiming to scam the majority will promise to those who take a huge profit easily. Almost nothing to do just wait to earn a profit or do something as simple as betting ... Many people are victims of scams that have been shared to give us experience. . .
I think that without the knowledge, experience and uncertainty about the issue we are planning to invest should not invest all its capital in it. If just curious as new feeling, just a little to follow and experiment to study carefully about that website.

During my early days into bitcoin I got under the trap of a scammer. I placed an ad to sell bitcoin in a trading website, by that time a scammer took control of my account using some hacks and I lost around 0.5btc. Later on understood the risk and enhanced with 2FA and other security features.
