The Lavapit is experiencing some hiccups on payments. I think MOST of the issues have been ironed out.
There are two of you that still have outstanding issues (You've probably figured out who you are). I'm working on getting them straightend out.

If you have a negative balance, I'm working on correcting it.

There was a bug that allowed a person to double-withdraw, if they initiated a manual payout while the background payout was actively processing. This put a few people's accounts into the negative. To compound the issue, when I made an administrative adjustments against accounts that were negative, payments would get sent, but not recorded into the ledger. I have a fix prepared and am testing it now, and I have enough cross-data to recreate everything that occurred on accounts, so I'm able to get affected accounts rebuilt correctly.

There is another bug that began applying transaction fees to automated payments. The fee would be split evenly among everyone that was paid out during that job. I'm also working on a fix for that.

Manual payments are still suspended. For those of you that requested a manual payment, I ran an auto-pay job that should have sent your balance to you. If you have requested a manual payment, and not received it yet, please fill out another ticket so I can get you caught up. Also, please use an address that has been previously used by your username. I need to be able to confirm that you are the one requesting the payment.

Fendlestick is the merchandise guy, so you can talk to him about where to get t-shirts.  I don't know if that stuff is actually available yet, but I'm sure it's on the way.

The Zombie Bonus is given out to P2Pool miners.  It's to reward their support of the coin and the pool, and to make up for all the beta issues that can sometimes cause a little lost mining time.
For example, my P2Pool node has been crashing randomly during the past couple days.  I just discovered it was because the server was running out of memory.  But that's now taken care of, and I await the next catastrophe.
