The faucet also seems to be down, with the pit.
Yeah I woke up and found the faucet offline..Oh I miss it so much..I have now 1.6k of sexcons now and I made 0.3 of a ltc buying and selling..I moved now also 0.09 of a btc to trade..I think I am getting the hang of it.. I got a new tagline for sexcoin.. SEXCOIN for your day to day transactions - Spreading the Love.. What you think Gus an Gals? I like it... By the way, Lava and I were chatting about your ideas for an adult online shop, we really liked your vision.. That sort of thing makes the effort put into SXC worthwhile..

the command is good. Have you tuned them? The clock parameters should also be placed on command line. Also you should set cgminer in auto mode to monitor the cutoff temperature, just in case a fan goes bad The temperature is ok there is no problem http://imgur.com/S89FcC1 but i get alot of rejected. never, but never, run the video cards without protecting against temperature. A fan can go bad at any time and temperature will rise very fast and burn them. The operator can answer for the reason of rejected, but i believe is caused by the low mining diff at the pool. There was some talk before of using vardiff, but not sure if its on that pool Also getting a lot of rejected shares. Half of them, actually. Any Sexcoin pool using variable difficulty? Would love to have my cgminer look like when I'm mining Litecoins (as in having near 0% rejected shares). That Intensity looks a bit high.... I'd see if 18 reduced rejects, then push it up to 19, and see how it goes...

WOW Thank you so much..Maybe we can do a group effort..Like crowdfund together and make a shop..all the advocates of sexcoin..then our coin value would shoot through the roof..We make the site tasteful as well so everyone even prudes like me would take a peek lol.. I was also thinking maybe a nice manga gallery with hentai prints and say tasteful erotic and romantic pics could be sold too as peeps like nice pics for their bedrooms.. elegant and classy.. I cna't wait for the faucet to refill lol.It is crying..hahhaa

::Lavapit Update::First off, I want to thank everyone for their support, and wanting to mine on the Lavapit. Here's the upshot: 1 - Its a capacity issue. I'm not seeing evidence of a DDoS or anything like that. 2 - new registrations are closed for the moment. I will begin with token registrations when I can get some more capacity installed 3 - I would strongly encourage everyone to use a failover pool in their configuration. 4 - I'm working on tweaking the existing hardware to get whatever I can out of it. 5 - Services will be up and down for the moment 6 - I have disabled pushpool mining. I hate to do this, but pushpool is a resource pig. After I'm done tweaking, I will "TRY" to re-enable it. 7 - I had not expected to see this kind of traffic for at least 4 more months, so I'm playing a catchup game. 8 - The only way to change your e-mail, or add it _after_ registration, is to send me a support ticket with the email you want, and your current 'send address' in the message. If either of these is missing, or you have not entered a 'send address', I cannot ensure that you are the one asking for the change. This is not an oversite on the interface, its by design. 9 - I'm buried in support tickets. Capacity will probably be an issue for the short future. I'm probably shooting myself in the foot, but it's going to take some time to get some new iron in and configured. Make sure you use a failover pool, or flat out another one. This is what I get for bitching about Cryptsy

It is quite a huge load. My pool is feeling the burn too, latency is really hurting badly which is having a big impact on stales.
Everything is as optimized as it can get I can't tune or tweak it any better than it already is, all I can do is a hardware upgrade. I'm going to keep an eye on performance throughout the day, if it doesn't get any better I'll double the ram, and if that doesn't help I can add an extra cpu core. Unfortunately that would double my hosting costs, so I would have to add a fee to cover the extra costs. But if it works as hoped, the performance improvement would be greater than the fee rate, so miners shouldn't mind that.
But I'm still in wait and see mode. I haven't decided exactly how to proceed just yet.

It's a very hot market, pun intended, so probably not. Also, Lava will get the Pit sorted out. It's what he does. Until then, you have three P2pools to use.

I's three P2Pool nodes. They make up one big pool. It doesn't matter which one you use, you will get the exact same payout because they are all connected to each other. The way to choose which P2Pool node is best for you is just do a ping test to each one. The one with the lowest ping is going to give you the least stales. It will be different for everyone of course

Don't forget the new pool at http://sxc.mckenziemining.net/ I've mined on his other pools without an issue... it at about 25MH.. Gr33k's pool is at around 63MH and the pit is reporting 78MH
