yes, delete peers.dat, and make sure this node is included in your addnode list: addnode=74.122.234.52

[EDIT] look through your 'debug.log' file and try look for disconnects that record reasons for the disconnect.

In my opinion you've got to be planting seeds along side development not after it.  Get people excited about the convenience and anonymity of it throughout the Adult Industries.  There are more of them(people who don't know what a crypto currency is) than us.  If you're not grass-rootting the shit out of SXC concurrent with its development you are holding yourselves back.

Just my opinion.

Obviously a RELIABLE SXC to USD exchange with USD withdrawals will be crucial to its adoption within the Industry.  They will want a hassle free way to get the money out of SXC once they take it.  But that's just preaching to the choir here obviously.

I do hope SXC succeeds.  The Adult Industry was made for cryptos.

Don't misunderstand me. I wholeheartedly agree with you on this point. And we do have quite a few 'seed-planters'.

Something that anyone that is holding sexcoin can do is send a quick note to the support of any website they like, "When are you going to accept Sexcoin for payment? I want to subscribe but I can't have recurring charges on my CC." If we want grass-roots, all the blades need to sing.

I'm assuming you're on Linux:
Do a log grep -A4 -B4 -i for "blockheight unreasonable". If you get hits for blockheights less than 480000 then you've got a blockheight sanity check problem. Check your source in main.cpp around line 2540, you may need to adjust and rebuild.

If that isn't the problem, double check and make sure you are using the irc connection feature.

If you still have the issues try this:

-delete peers.dat
-use, instead of addnode:
    connect=74.122.234.52:9560
    connect=81.166.156.164:9560
    connect=67.191.160.195:9560

If you are still having problems, I'll be happy to look at your debug.log file. Zip it and send me a link that I can pull it down.

The fact that this is $0.019 right now is absolutely crazy. Who would sell off their SXC for $0.019? I wouldn't even offload mine if it went to $0.005. Sexcoin is a great niche, seriously is. I'd say its one of the most, if not the most undervalued coins right now.

0,024 now.... good increase

I have nothing important to say, just  HAPPY XMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR

On an another note, I'm not a miner but believe in SEXCOIN!

Thanks to all the guys and girls who participate  in the development and promotion of this coin.

Page 100 hopefully will be part of a historic posting page of the early years when sexcoin was very cheap :-)

Someone contact admins of dogeapi.com if they consider making SexCoin-version or giving out their source code.

SexCoin payment provider would be HUUUGE hit.

What does that do that coin payments.net doesn't?

No need to be sorry, you're thinking in the correct veins. And I think it would be great to have multiple payment processors available. I was worried we had missed something huge Wink

I created an init.d-script for "sexcoind" to launch at Linux startup, 100% works and tested under Debian and Ubuntu. Maybe works/should work on other distributions of Linux.

Script is at:
http://rehost.bitcoinhistory.net/sexcoin-init

- script must be downloaded an named "sexcoin"
- open the script, edit the settings (line 13 till 25) to fit your setup
- script must be placed in /etc/init.d
- script must be made executable (chmod +x /etc/init.d/sexcoin)
- script must be installed as init service (update-rc.d sexcoin defaults)
- now you can use script with "service sexcoin <start|stop|restart|force-reload|force-start|force-stop|force-restart>" to control sexcoind

Hope this helps to strengthen SexCoin network.

Please setup sexcoind nodes, if you run UNIX.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/the-switch/wp/2013/12/26/dogecoins-and-litecoins-and-peercoins-oh-my-what-you-need-to-know-about-bitcoin-alternatives/

SexCoin mentioned.

###
Overall, I think we are one a good way. More and more SexCoin Mining Pools are coming up, this is good in two ways, it strengthens the network and make the coin more expensive (because diff raises), which is good. So one SexCoin can be worth something meanigfull like $1 till $5 in one or two years. (Still a long way, but congrats to everybody holding 1.000.000 SXC, we work for you. Haw haw.)
