..aha - so I find you here now 'CryptoMine'..!
Please explain to me then what happened to this http://www.speedminers.com/megacoin where I had been mining for hours on end with a balance of some 13 megacoins which I could not get autopaid nor manually transfer to wallet - and also with estimated coins in waiting..?

..and while mining happily along - that site just disappeared..!

Lavapit is back up and Mining

This issue is resolved, from the pool standpoint.

It looks like we lost about 4 hours. I'm going to run some calculations and see what we missed.

notNigel: Jeah install "Boost C++ Libraries", Google or go to www.boost.org.

Listen Devs (or all) this is important:

We need to change Sexcoin Mining algorithm or Sexcoin will never gain value.
If we stay with Scrypt all value will be destroyed by Coin-Switching-Pools like https://www.multipool.us/ or http://www.middlecoin.com/
We will never be able to leave shitcoin level of all random Scrypt alts.

This happended already in praxis with many altcoins before and at the moment with DOGE. Look at DOGE-Threads. And this is proven in theory, by many clever posters, including myself.
If you can understand German read: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=374911.0

It's a fact, with the distribution of coin-switching pools all coins with the same mining algorithm will have/get (in the long run) the same value.

--->

Sexcoin has no chance, sharing Scrypt-algorithm with 100 shitcoins.

--->

We have to change algorithm.

With all the new interest, this post got buried:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=252896.msg3793944#msg3793944

Notice the retarget algorithm change and difficulty algorithm change. This is specifically designed to mitigate flash mining effects.
The scrypt alogorithm is not at fault, it is still both 'usable' and 'workable'.

We are currently testing this client. I have about 12 different defined tests that it must pass before we release. One of them is a 'flash mining' simulation.

Ah, I see now - I moved to mint 16 which uses later versions of libboost.

I don't understand why the wallets must look soooo dull..?
Nearly all of them look like something from the time of WIN3.1 decades ago - clunky and clumsy..
Couldn't they be a bit more attractive? Mind you - some of them hold fortunes Smiley
MEC made a genuine effort in making their wallet stand out a bit..
But nearly all other wallets are just plain boring - when they should each actually look different - smooth and nice - to reflect the coin they are representing..
And no - I don't think just a coin logo is enough Smiley

I proposed the devs a few weeks ago to implement an algorithm that would increase diff right after it detects an increase of X% after a number of Y blocks and decrease it when the new hash has quit. It's easier said the done but is my understanding Lava included some sort of implementation in the new client

Guys, why it takes so long for my Sexcoin Wallet to connect to the Sexcoin Network? I have it already open since 2 hours and it shows me only 1-3 connections to the Sexcoin Network! I noticed lately it takes a lot longer until it connects with the network... this was not an issue 1 week ago Sad

Could you guys recommend me a pool?  I am having low yields at both outhashed p2pool and thec0de pool.  I was having reasonable yields until recently.
