I think it should be office mostly as they planned to open lot of offices around the world. But lets wait for official comment from Dev team

i believe the luxcess team will reach their pre sale goal shorter than the 3 days set for it.
i have seen massive interest in the project.

Luxcess is more of an investment platform with various plans to boost their portfolios, ranging from cryptocurrency to forex trading , the benefits of such is the diversification that will help the projects bring in multiple streams of income, you can visit the first page of the thread and go through their whitepaper

This is one of the main selling points, the fact that it has a big range from not only cryptos but forex trading aswell.

This will bring in people from the forex side of things aswell as cryptos.

Indeed forex and crypto combination is very attractive. But there will be huge hurdle and challenge in both the markets as both have different regulatory issues. I am curious how Luxcess will solve this.

Not sure it will be that huge because they should have various segments that will specifically focus on each department, like a division of labour and at the end it will be less stressful for the Luxcess team as everyone knows what they signed up for, easy ride

This is one common technique most project devs use to increase the market value of their price. It seem to really work wonders. But my confusion is why not just provide the needed amount instead of making excess to burn off??

I believe providing large amount of token is to provide wide market adoption of the token so that a large base of people gets to have it and burning is to take back in my terms from those who do not support the project or in general terms 'weak hands' hope I made some points?

I guess as per white paper they are planning to start their floor in Aug 2018, not started yet. 1st office they will establish in April 2018 at Dubai.

Thats very good explanation. I think this clear out lots of doubts around this subject. This also make sense as nobody is willing to pay fees for losses. Profit sharing is kind of acceptable as long as people are not greedy.

Thanks for clearing it up Gunny, there has been alot of queries regarding the burning and evidently it is there in the process to promote a healthy constant increase throughout the project resulting in more profit for everyone.

Theoretically yes, whatever they say is true. But in practical situation its not easy to straight away increase the price of the tokens by buying back and burning it. I have a very good example project for which this exact concept went wrong which I am not disclosing here.
