If I have $12000 right this very moment I will surely invest it all to all of those currently low value but promising crypto currencies out there who has the potential to increase its market value in a short span of time, it will surely be a big profit for me if those low value crypto currencies that I will be investing will be able to increase its market value in a short period, I will be able to sell them fast as soon as I think that I've had enough profit and then reinvest it back again to other crypto currencies out there.

Buy Ripple with all such capital and forget about it for the next three years. You will come back to see Ripple trading at 1000 usd and you imagine how much your money will be by then considering the current price it is trading.

I would invest 5000 in Deep Onion, 2000 into Bitcoin if you can get it for cheap, and then the rest I would buy into top altcoins that are on the dip right now and use the profits off of that to buy coins that are very high risk so then I wouldn't lose my money

Ethereum is the best choice, because the features and uses of Ethereum outweigh the features and uses that Bitcoin has
And Ethereum Smart Contract is being used en masse by developers

Well if I only had that $12000 right here right now then I will surely invest half of it to all of those unknown low value crypto currency out there which I think has the greater chance of surviving in the crypto market and eventually increase its market value. So just imagine how much your profit will be if you had invested a lot of those low value crypto currency out there and at the same time they will increase their market value at the same time, I guess you will be an instant millionaire if all my assumptions will come true.

I think you should invest right ETH, that is the coin can invest long term. You should keep it until 2020, the price may be $ 4k or more

to keep a coin for a long time does have a high risk but looking at eth prices in the next few years may be a consideration to buy a coin with $ 12000 you have

are you serious?putting all the funds for ripple?why do need to make single investment while he can segregate the amount for multiple coins..so theres an option for profit while this thing might be the best opinion.i thing put $5000 in bitcoin,$5000 in ethereum and the $2000 is for ripple since that coin is manipulated by banks. P.s this is only opinion and advice but what would you choose is upon your discretion.i wont be responsible for any losses you might have.

depend ehat you are lookng for but i would advice you to go for mix portfolio, majority of it low risk, and little (maybe 10%) in high risk. For high rsk option i would have sugest to you viberate, its a music coin which is still cheap, you can read more on it here: https://www.viberate.io/ but in the end its up to you to decide how much you are conftorable to invest and into what

LTC from post 1 is good and also so much suggestion from this thread is interesting, but the real value depend on the market supply and demand but for me, to invest in long term is good at ICO but make sure to join the best ICO you can find check other opinion from bitcointalk and other website
I would say, you can spread this money and invest into some good ICO (for example, in upcoming Telegram project) and buy additionally altcoins and some Bitcoins. I recommend Ethereum, NEO and DASH. VeChain and EOS have future also I suppose.

Which is a safe coin to invest in the long term? How long should I hold it? Is there a risk that I might lose it all? I am a noob in cryptocurrencies. Help. I was thinking Litecoin, is it a good idea? since you are a newbie and no background in crypto currency i suggest you diversify your portfolio. Invest 40% in bitcoin, 40% in etherium and 20% in ripple its good to buy now since market is in correction stage. i guess since this are the top 3 currency your risk for losing your investment is low
