Before investing at some ICO project always check how serious of ICO owner, never invest your money at ICO project without know clearly about owner and ico team, most important thing always investing at ICO have raised soft cap.

ICO can not be overemphasized in the cryptoindustry. I hope that over time, all the flaws will be taken into account, and the ICO after the update will not be so attractive to scammers. And in order to avoid large losses and reduce risks at such an unfavorable time, it would be more rational to invest in several ICOs.
ICO is good, but failure actually doesn't lead to a scam, there will definitely be a refund for investors. well, even though there are many people who are disappointed, but basically the return must still be done. when the ICO becomes a scam, it has become a risk, because of that, choose a project that is really clear.

Being vigilant in ico that you are going to invest is good because it might lower your possibility of being scam but it does not mean if we see the owner or the team always do conference. There is a possibility too that the ico project will fail depends on how many investor put their money on it or how the owner and developer develops their product. I had seen many of them but there are times that if the project don't reach softcap they return the money on the investor and i don't know if other ico that failed do it.

I even invested in ICOs that got hardcap but they never listed at the exchange. Obviously the whole ICO is scam so don't waste time with it. I lost a lot when investing in ICO and I hate it

If you are going to invest in ico, it would be better if you analyze in advance about the ongoing ico, the team involved is competent or not don't get caught up in the wrong ico so that in the future you won't get anything just a loss

They have to return your money and if you don't return your money then they are fraudsters. This will be a valuable lesson for you. Before you join the ICO, it's better to take the time to do research. Don't be easily tempted by their promises.

A lot of people become even smart than before and they can try to choose which is the best one and which is not dude, we just need a simple regulation frame work to apply verification to the team to make sure if that was not a scma ico.

An ico fails because one of the causes of the team involved is unprofessional in doing its job, the team must have an important role to succeed or not, ico, if ico fails, the funds you have should be returned fully because that is your right

ICO's have softcap which is the minimum amount of money they should raise for the project to continue. If they've passed softcap, project will push through , however sometimes they extend the length of ICO to gather more funds. lately, its very difficult to raise funds for most ICOs. If they have not met Softcap, then they should return/ refund your investment.

There are many ICO is running at the same time. Maximum ICO can't be success. So, if I invest in any ICO and if they can't be success then what will happen with my money? Will they give me back me my money or not? I am so confused. So, please kindly inform me.

Thank You Everyone.

If the people running the ICO are honest which most of them are not, then you can expect your money to be return, they will just delay and will wait for a bear market, before they send that to you but if the team does not then say goodbye to your investment.

Initially,  if ICO fails the best thing to do is to refund the investors there money or probably try some logic to extend the ICO sale period. But, in the crypto space world, I don't think this is possible or I don't think have heard of refund before in crypto.

Many projects are now returning money to their investors. but these are just honest projects. scammers do not return anything

There are some TEAM who did not get the success on their ICO though they continue the project and burned the unsold tokens.
There are some who gave the money back to investors and continue the project.
There are some who run away with the money of their investors!

I don't think ICO will die off. New Innovations are coming up everyday and this have to be keep up with. So newer ICO will come up to push this project to the public and make them understand the essence of the project and problem its going to solve.

Usually if an ICO does not meet its target when raising funds at the initial stages then most of the time the ICO team will not take your money because they will pay back exactly what you paid for the coins.

In this case, you lose your investment. Just tokens will be worthless and the money will go nowhere. So you need to be more careful and careful and do not invest

Every project has a roadmap and soft cap if they didn't reach soft cap they return their money investor but maximum its does not happen. We see many frauds and scam ico never return money their investor if they fail to the soft cap.So when invest ico first get information about team member and their related other project and roadmap

Definitely is not. Your money when get into their hands, they can use them for any purposes including personal things without involving to develope project that you can't know. That is the current situation of ICO projects now

2 cases will happen to you if your investment ICO fails. In case 1 you will receive the full amount of money you invested in it if the project is real. In case 2 you will lose your money permanently if those projects are scam
