Actualy, some pools in your list are not "autopools'. They do not trade and convert mined coins into btc automatically.

You could be mining pure LTC and make more per MH/s than MiddleCoin at this point.

Folks are simply delusional to star at this point.

MC was one of the first big switching pools to go straight BTC so it was simple and easy. Lots of people copy concept now and have as good or better payouts. Why stay here? whats the point? The novelty of the idea is long gone.

That statement is of great concern on many many levels. This was basically what many people were suspecting and complaining about for several weeks. Was that code issue recently identified, and/or recently introduced into the system? With which layer was the issue identified? What happened to the blocks not registered against user accounts? They certainly did not disappear. These are questions we will obviously never get answers for.

There was a known issue with DOGE and Kittehcoin, bad forks basically. Everyone was told to stop mining them until the issue was sorted. h2o didnt reply for 4 days so I am guessing he was somewhere and didnt look after the pool. The pool was stuck mining shit basically, the bottom of the pit because the forks were bad. You can say those blocks never existed in the first place. I honestly doubt the guy is stealing coins, he was getting paid enough as is. It was clearly an issue with his code and the issue with coins, he just waited too long to fix it. This is what happens when you let your business slide, you lose half of it (10GH lost)

Personally, I will come back if the issues are sorted

I thought the issue was tied to the Doge fork. We may never know for sure.

As soon as I saw the fork issue, I disconnected 90% of the hash power. The other 10% went 24 hrs later. Doge was nearly always in the top 5 most profitable coins, which meant that middlecoin was sending quite a lot of hashes their way, as well as others.

Middlecoin fosters laziness on everyones part. Unless you are on holiday, better keep tabs on what's what on a daily basis.

It comes down to a bottom-line type of situation. If H20 can deliver the most profits, anonymity will be afforded; However, he can not expect to deliver poor results and keep the anonymity. As of right now, anyone mining on MC this month (up to and including today) has earned significantly less than they would on a competing pool. Therefore, it makes sense to just move.

I have nothing personal against H20. This is just business. Nobody is forcing him to run the pool or forcing you to mine here. My advice to him would be: You're going to have to choose whether long-term viability of the pool is of importance or whether or not you're going to handle this as "make as much as I can while the iron is hot under."

It seems like the long-term viability and competitiveness of the pool is not really in his interest. Perhaps he is just looking to make as much as he can right now as the future is too uncertain. Nobody can answer those questions except H20 and it does not appear he wants to answer them. Unless he can quickly turn around and start outperforming all his competitors, this pool is not going to bounce back. The rate of addressing returns and issues is better at every other multipool. In order to deal with very poor customer service, MC is going to have to really start to outperform other pools but that is very unlike to happen because the arbitrage opportunities are declining everyday. Other multipools are competing vigorously for the marketshare H20 had unchallenged just a month ago.
