Ethereum is a good coin its development is very fast but to take over Bitcoin I think it's tough. considering bitcoin is the first coin and new Ethereum, I think there are still many who choose BTC

with the current state of ethereum and bitcoin prices I'm not sure if ethereum will replace bitcoin in the next year, even though bitcoin prices are now falling but the price of ethereum also falls, how can you predict that ethereum will replace bitcoin? |

I think it's hard for Ethereum to take over bitcoin, because bitcoin is still the preferred coin and price is more stable than Ethereum but it does not rule out that it depends on the crypto market situation.

I'm a big fan of Ethereum, but I don't take this winner-takes-all approach. I think bitcoin has a strong first-mover advantage, and I think the Lightning Network is inevitable and will allow bitcoin to scale. Ethereum is also at risk with third generation blockchains such as Cardano and EOS. That being said, I think Ethereum will also upgrade itself and join the third generation with a strong position. |

i do not think so. Although ERC20 is the best technogy for the development of ICO projects. But each coins has own value and with 98,5 million ETH now, if ETH price wanna reach BTC price, it needs about 689 billion dollar to pump. It is impossible number. So, I believe ETH will not hit BTC price

yes I believe it’s slowly happening and it’s driven mostly by real usage and not only trading
ethereum has more usage cases and aming to build something more useful and concrete
bitcoin it’s such an old and unsustainable tech, its just focusing on scaling and transactions now

I don't think ethereum will take over bitcoin. For now, bitcoin is the most powerful and trustworthy cryptocurrency. It would be hard to beat him or it will take a very long period.

Wow you can see the future while others hard to predict the value when to go up and down the value of bitcoin and ethereum. There's no chance that ethereum will be number one in crypto currency. This is my own opinion. |

I think, ethereum will not be able to take over bitcoin because bitcoin will still be the king of all crypto currencies and will still be the most favorite and expensive coin, ethereum will not be able to have prices that exceed the bitcoin

Etherum overcome bitcoin, i don't think that can happen even in the future. Bitcoin has been taking the lead for so long, all other cryptocurrency follows BTC. Even if things change. I still don't get how ether will overcome bitcoin.

I think you have no evidence and support for the saying that Ethereum will take over bitcoin and it is not so simple that the market valuable currency will take over by an altcoin and the Ethereum is good and i like it but i am not sure about Ether that it will take over bitcoin and bitcoin will still famous for future transactions and i would like to support bitcoin because i am bitcoin user. |

ethereum for now is a ticket-for-icos only. Bitcoin will always stay at first place in cryptocurrency world.
