Ethereum will overtake Bitcoin

All most everyone already have known about btc. BTC is consider as the father and mother of all crypto currency so btc is the king of all crypto currency no crypto currency can reach its value. But, Ethereum is one of the top most crypto currency in crypto market its rank is 2 to 3 position. It has great project for long term so its value is increasing day by day but it can't reach of overtake  btc value.

I dont know but I think that if Bitcoin cant improve its disadvantages about fee and speed, it can be overtaken by any coins such as ETH or BCH

You are wrong with your opinion. If will granted that ethereum may surpass bitcoin, it doesn't mean that it will be the end of digital currencies because it will just like change of command. Ethereum is a future investment too and very promising that of what we have earned in bitcoin it will be the same in Ethereum, same coin but just different type of platform but still for now it is very impossible to supersede bitcoin even all altcoins will be combine.

Nope, Ethereum can't overtake bitcoin, because since this forum was exist bitcoin is the one and the first coin that was created before the ethereum and the other coins was created too, so ethereum can't overtake bitcoin even the price of BTC are low.

I think, you are right about the technology that Ethereum have and how widely used it is.
But you are wring that Ethereum can overtake Bitcoin. Bitcoin have a momentum that no other coin had or will ever have.

I don't think it will happen.  To be honest the price BTC is already impossible to achieve. Maybe if BTC falls down into 1k$ mark then it is possible that ETH will over take BTC.

I agree. But, I have come to know that anything is possible in the cryptocurrency market. Ethereum has really showed a lot of promising movements and good potential ever since it was introduced. And recently, it has been growing by means of amassing a lot of positive buzz swirling around it. Many people are also showing lots of support to Ethereum that has kept its value at bay and not fall unlike many different altcoins in the market.

There might be a possibility for that to happen. Ethereum has been knocking and creeping at the doorstep of Bitcoin as the best coin in the market, if Bitcoin's value would depreciated at pace as it is going now, and Ethereum, on the other hand, would rise up even more. Then, there is a good chance for that to happen. Although, I think that Ethereum would really have to gain the support of so many people that would transcend to more transactions for that to happen.

Of course this is a very optimistic forecast. In fact, I have almost the same amount of bitcoin and Ethereum, if sell at the rate in dollars. Therefore, regardless of which of these coins will be in the first place - I will be the winner. But in my opinion, bitcoin will still remain at its top position in terms of capitalization and price.

It never really come to my mind that ethereum will really be able to overtake Bitcoin to its current rank in the crypto currency world because Bitcoin has been already there before and and it has no intention in being replaced by other crypto currency, etherium on the hand will remain as the best coin next to bitcoin and it will remain in the second place in crypto world as long as bitcoin will remain in the first place.

i dont think so. ethereum will not be able to pass bitcoin in the number1 spot on cryoto currency.

Between bitcoin and ethereum there is a very big difference in price and therefore ethereum has no chance to overtake bitcoin. I do think one day we will see this, but I imagine it will be quite far in the future. Bitcoin still is the name for cryptocurrencies to the general public. I think it will take years for Ethereum to change this.
