24 was its place on the list..
as you can see labcoin is now 22

I would just add that the labcoin team on btcguild requires a pin, so it would be fair to assume it is just them hashing towards the current total.

If it didn't have a pin, we could join it and then see which members had what hashpower.

UPDATE:

Though the launch of the mining operation has been delayed and the team is still tweaking miners we now have around 800gh hashing at btcguild at:

http://www.btcguild.com/index.php?page=rankings&section=teams

The Labcoin team is currently listed as 24 Labcoin.
This is quite dumb to put a '24' in front of labcoin.

He took a screenshot and everything

Well there is only 1 thing to make this bullshit go away:

"According to Sam, more hash rate will be deployed daily."

"Even though I don't like making promises but Sam has assured me that 20TH is a goal that will not be missed within 2 weeks."

That would be alot of bought machines Smiley

hashrate seems to be falling instead of rising, probably related to stability issues

Do you have any idea how easy that would be to fake?

You just write some program that simulates a CGMiner screen, run it, and take a screenshot/video.  The idea of mining software output as "proof" of anything is completely ridiculous.

Just noticed that the text of the warning box on the LABCOIN asset page has changed.

Old:
Quote
WARNING -- There is a lot of controversy over the reliability of the operator of this asset. Please place your orders accordingly.

New:
Quote
WARNING -- This asset has been flagged for potential violation of their Stockholder Agreement. Please place your orders accordingly.

Dunno.   It's a lot more direct - but hopefully it will get Labcoin to fix it more quickly.

I feel like if they are going to post that they need to explain what aspects of the agreement they've failed to meet.
