Actually they have been keeping their word recently posted update friday on time, posted address on wenesday, within 12 hours much earlier they signed it and hashed on Slush's pool.

If we go by their recent history they are keeping their words.

We're mining in solo mode but live hashrate will be shown on our website next week.

we will deploy the same mechanism ASICMINER uses for signing found blocks and publish them on our website.

We will post board picture and more within the weekend, and as soon as we reach 10 TH of deployed hardware block labeling will be mirrored on the site with other stats like speed, etc.

We promise pictures of some boards mining will be up for this weekend.

We do not have 10 TH of chips out of nowhere, we said that we will setup block labeling as soon as we reach that speed, which could be on the first days of october, so in "about" two weeks, or mid october.

The next update will include a mining address as well.

Next proof to be posted will be mining address, clearly showing the rate of blocks creation.

Mining address will be posted publicly before Wednesday. This will allow transparent monitoring of the hashing rate and block generation.

First dividend payment is due  on tuesday 17 September

The technical things wouldn't have been a huge problem if they'd been straightforward about what was going on.  Technical problems happen.  The problem is, without trust there is zero reason to invest in this company, other then as a pure roll of the dice that maybe they'll pull through.  

We don't know what's going to happen the next time there's a technical problem.  What if they have issues with their 65nm chip? Are they going to lie and cover it up again, and again, crash the share price while they try to fix it while keeping investors in the dark?

There also seems to be an internal communications problem.  Clearly TheSwede has no idea what's going on.  But isn't it also possible that Sam doesn't have any clue either? He's also not a technical person, supposedly.

Soooo.... what exactly is the justification for investing in this company at this point? I said early on that you shouldn't invest if you don't trust the people running it, and clearly they've burned through their trust at this point.

Remember that? That line was when the price was what, 0.0028 or something? They were telling people they should buy the stock when it was "cheap" so clearly they believed, and told people, to buy when it was higher then 0.001.

And anyway, these people actually have less credibility then they did when they had the IPO. They've proven themselves to be incompetent and bad communicators.

Also, Labcoin and TheSweed come online all the time, TheSweed was online an hour ago.  They could have cleared the mining thing up but didn't bother to do so.

You forgot the post from labcoin to advice us to but because the price is cheap several days ago, when the price was still above 0.002.

People buy stock according to the official information given by the company, so a company IS guilty if they announce false information to affect the market. Now labcoin has already made a lot of lies to pump the share price. You are still defending him.

I hear ya, but greed gets in the way for most people, and when Mabsark and crew get on here and psot 1/2 page posts with tons of math that ends with "you'll be rich!", people go crazy.

Looking back, it's always easy to see.  But, when you are in the thick of it, it's difficult.

Everyone here says I'm FUD, but even I was late to the realization that incompetence and lying are a terrible mix for this type of company in this type of economy.  I was lucky, I got out after the 5th or 6th lie/broken promise.  But really, why did it take 5 to make me start questioning this?

In the end, we can only learn from things like this, but I sincerely hope that someone DOES learn from this experience.
