For long them i think is possible, nothing impossible for progress anything can be do it, if that team behind ETH can moving for faster, modifications and improved. Why not? If ETH have best and many investor and founding for reach the BTC right now.
Familier to all peoples and trusted is good stategic for the markets ETH coin. I hope ETH coin have been good planning for the future, because right now prices ETH far away from BTC price. Legendary coin mush be have competions coins, for best competions markets

Maybe, but eth needs a lot of time to reach bitcoins price as of today. $20k is too hard for eth to reach and besides bitcoin reign is not over im sure there will be another ATH on bitcoins price this year.
If Ethereum reaches the current Bitcoin price, Bitcoin will remain in the main position. Bitcoin will always be the main crypto currency. I do not think Ethereum will be equivalent to the price for Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the original cryptocurrency and is being adopted worldwide |

the BTC price is over 10 times than ETH and there is no doubt that ETH never reach that target. each coin has own development and strategy. So, ETH just reach maximum to 10$/coin

It is possible that this reaching will happen but not yet. ETH can be called the altcoin which is the closest to the word stable in the market. Bitcoin exists a much longer in the crypto world and the ideas and technology of the blockchain are unique and they are constantly improving. Bitcoin has gained the trust of the investors long time before Ethereum even entered the market. I believe that when ETH will reach the market BTC price will rise much more and there will be new goals that ETH will try to reach. Its like any market… an incumbent (BTC) is sustainably improving its performance (aka value) over time, keeping its market (investors) happy whilst competitors (ETM) focus on disruptive innovation offering the customers (investors) of the incumbent (BTC) far more value (smart contracts) to surpass the market cap (share price) of the older incumbent (BTC). |

Today, market cap of ETH is $45,5 Millions and i think it can quite reach $200 Millions in this year. i think Market cap of ETH can quite surpass market cap of BTC but it is hard to the price of ETH surpass BTC because BTC is only 21 millions but demand for ownership BTC is more and more increasing so the price of Bitcoin also increase. While ETH now 98 millions and it can increase in the future so i think the price of ETH will hard to reach BTC value. |

ETH right now is at no 2 after BTC. ETH has the potential to come up to the level of BTC but in long term. BTC blockchain is only limited for financial transactions, while Ethereum is open for everyone to come and create his own DAPP over it and this is why there is a strong prediction that ETH may be the strong challenger of BTC in coming years. for now BTC is the market leader. |

Lets question in an other way round. Will ETH be next to BTC? This would be a genuine question to ask knowing the crypto moments now. Lets come with threads strong. The gap in value between bitcoin and Eth is so huge. Bitcoin is unreachable now. The growth percentage of bitcoin is so far than ETH. Lets wish that ETH should have a growth as like bitcoin rather than competing with each other. |

Nope. Eth can never has the same price as bitcoin and bitcoin will always expensive that ethereum. However, investing your money in ethereum will make you become richer than investing money in bitcoin. AS you can see, if bitcoin x2, ethereum will x3

I think this is not possible anyway. But If any token will do it, its probably going to be ETH anyways. NO otherway.
I think if ethereum will catch bitcoin market volume it will the end of the crypto currencies.

Yes. 80 %  2018 would be great for ethereum. ETH is the focus of this year. Trends in 2018 will be the favors of smart contracts. NEO, QTUM has launched a token. Companies have replaced IPO with ICO. This makes smart contract platforms hotter. I believe ETH will do some huge numbers, might not really get to bitcoin price level so soon but it's got huge potential because tokens are built on it and the Ethereum Alliance is huge. |

I think ETH will be difficult to achieve the current price of BTC. Although ETH is the most potent and popular coin today. But now the Crypto market is slowly entering the difficult period. The price of the altcoin is strictly managed, can not spike. So ETH will be at a reasonable price and be adjusted in some countries around the world.
