Just wondering if ETH can
DO you mean 8000$? if so, i think in 2019 we can see ETH on 8000-10000$ ETH has good potential to reach this prices and in future years could reach this prices. |

it cannot possible . because btc Like : King , Gold value .
who guarantees the price will fall instantly? at this time indeed bitcoin is still the king of the crypto currency. and worth the gold. but the price is very volatile is not impossible ETH will replace the position of bitcoin quickly All coin prices fluctuate not only in Bitcoins and other altcoins, but in volatility as well. I think ETH will probably be the Crypto market leader in the next 2 years. They are now widely available in the world. that's my guess. |

I don't think ETH can be reach BTC value. many of people is supporting bitcoin than ETH and you can see on the market that BTC is the huge volume and the top volume. It will be a long way to go before ETH makes it, maybe when BTC stop to grew which is impossible until it reached it limits then ETH will not be able to have that amount too, I guess ETH is finer at these amount for us we have an option whenever we wanted a service like Bitcoin did in a lower amount. |

This will not happen, they will not be able to equal the price, soon bitcoin will have the same smart contracts as the ether, plus many new functions and solutions, the ETH only a test pad like the other altcoins, all the best of them are introduced into bitcoin.

Yes of course very Ethereum can reach the value of Bitcoin. But surely it must pass a very long time with all the twists and turns that will happen later. Because it is not as easy as we imagine. Maybe in the future, the price of Ethereum could be proportional to the Bitcoin price. |

Most likely in 1-2 years ETH even overtake BTC.
Surely within a fairly long time, the value of Ethereum could reach the value of Bitcoin the two coins are very different since they can be used for different things, but both depend a little on them same. |

Personally I would love for Eth to pass bitcoin, I just don't see that happening as Bitcoin is so limited in the number of coins and eth is not capped.
Just a thought.

This is a rather difficult question to answer, but to me, I think ETH can not achieve the value of BTC at the same time. ETH is a good time to develop and I invest a lot in it, and BTC I consider it a savings asset. If we think positively it may also reach the Peak as BTC have today. We all know that crypto value depends on the people who believe in its value. If more and more people accepts the ETH as a good Alt for BTC, then we can possibly say the price of ETH will surely be as high as BTC today.

In longer term, ETH value can even overrun bitcoin's value. Both of this coins are created for different reasons and ETH has a lot of real world usage while bitcoin has become a store of value nowadays. ETH is widely used to create tokens to fund new businesses. Also the transactions are superfast and lot more cheaper than bitcoin which increases its acceptability to the frequent transactors.
Also if we see the market cap, ETH is holding the second position since a long time now. Which proves that ETH is widely accepted and praised by the crypto community. So I believe, ETH can certainly reach the current level of bitcoin, probably not soon but surely in long run.

Actually it is possible but one thing I'm not sure about , when it's gonna happen ? As we notice bitcoin doesn't achieved it's actual value right now for a month or just a year , many years passed before bitcoin achieve that kind of value so as well as ethereum , probably it could take at least 5 years or more before ethereum can be the same or achieved the value as bitcoin. |

I don't think etherium will ever get very close to BTC. It will simply get replaced with another coin/project that is more advanced before it reaches anywhere close to BTC value.
