Maybe it will be long before ETH can reach the price of BTC. But today ETH is more widely available in the market because of their Blockchain technology. I think they will overtake BTC for the next 5 years.

I agree with that. Maybe ETH can be bigger than Bitcoin, but no Bitcoin Cash in the long term. |

It will probably be achieved but it will take another 10 years. I think the current ETH is more common than the BTC for use. But because ETH age exists in the market far away from the BTC. It will be very difficult to dominate the market in the short term.

I am definitely sure that it can be. Moreover,most of my investments I hold in ETH. That is my absolute strategy for this year.
ETH has more application purposes ,than BTC.

Very much highly unlikely. Sooner or later ethereum's price will eventually soar up high due to it's continued adoption. But it will never reach bitcoin's value. Maybe in 5 or 8 years from now but not in the near future. When all is said and done, it remains to be seen. |

Cryptocurrencies can't be predicted and this two coins are always being compared about their value. We all know that Bitcoin is still on top as the leader of all crypto and ETH is the seconda. As we see, ETH as of these moment still far from Bitcoin and probably you're right that it will take many years before it can surpass the price of Bitcoin. But, still crypto can make the impossible to possible and no one really will know what will happen for the next more years. |

2015 te everyone was dreaming of it btc then 1.5 k but at the end of eth reached that value so it is very likely that this event will happen.

I think that ETH will always remain in second place. It's a great coin, but bitcoin is much more popular. People associate crypto currency with bitcoin. It became a brand.

Hopefull it can and it does really have the potential to grow its value because there are a lot of people who are really interested on investing in it. Altcoins does really have the potential to surpass the value of bitcoins in the future because there are a lot of consumers who are really interested on it. In the term of features i think it is better than bitcoin and will be able to replace it in the future. |

Unfortunately, I don't think ethereum can outperform the crypto giant Bitcoin considering its price comparison that really far, period. Besides, bitcoin and ethereum work differently with their own ecosystem. |

All depends on the fources of demand and supply of ethereum though we should not forget the fact that ethereum and Bitcoin are created for different purposes which is one of the factors that may encourage more adopters to ethereum but only time shall tell whether ethereum will reach Bitcoin value in the nearest future.
