Well I think this is a quite decent begin for installments utilizing bitcoins. Individuals ought to really utilize bitcoins to purchase things utilizing bitcoins now in light of the fact that in the event that they really utilize bitcoins for such installments, an ever increasing number of individuals will begin tolerating bitcoins as installment. I think this will in the long run increment and improve after some time.

Well, this is great but even if kfc is accepting bitcoin already but then again this one is not applicable in my country yet. This is very exciting to hear so many news that some other countries is accepting bitcoin for payment of bills, mcdonalds, paying for a hotel but this is far to happen in my country. Hopefully soon..

Is this for real? i love to eat in KFC but i think this thing is not yet applied to all KFC's branches over the world. This idea sounds really good but i will feel a little bit regret if i will use my btc for paying it, i'd rather buy/pay it in our own paper money. I want to save my bitcoin for my kids future so i won't waste some of it.

The KFC can now expect huge increase in number of their customers because there is a lot of people who are now using bitcoin and if they are accepting bitcoin then a lot of the bitcoin users will surely try their service and use their bitcoin to make a payment and enjoy their cryptocurrency paid meals.

It's like a Show and this doesn't reflect bitcoin's mass adoption. It's not even convenient because of the large commission.

Yes, as we know, KFC is one of the well-known fast food chain world wide. KFC accepting bitcoin will surely be a great opportunity for bitcoin to be recognized. This breakthrough might lead many other companies to recognized bitcoin. In my country, bitcoin is not yet well known, but KFC is. Thus, I believe that more people will learn about bitcoin upon learning that they can buy in KFC through bitcoin.

Check out my YouTube video where I dive more in depth : BREAKING NEWS KFC is now accepting Bitcoin, and Smart contracts might be legally binding! Is this just a bucket of chicken, or a bucket of publicity stunts? You will be able to buy a bucket of chicken in Select Canada KFC's. However you will have to order it online using Bitpay, and have it shipped to you. Cost : Around $20 + $5 shipping + Taxes + Any other blockchain fees What do you guys think about it? Well, it is a good news for us bitcoin users because most of us really love eating at fast foo chains. I've heard that mcdonald will also be accepting bitcoins as payment and it really amuses most of us because we can use our earnings in bitcoin in restaurants and we can treat the whole family and even our friends too. I'm hoping that one day, we'll be able to use it in more transactions.

Well you could have a bitpay debit card and do the exact thing. KFC isn't accepting the currency directly. How does it make anything different?

I believe this is more of a marketing move than a real need. At the moment it's not profitable to make such small purchases using Bitcoin, and i doubt a lot of people is buying KFC for Bitcoin. The fact that they are progressing by embracing the tech by accepting payments in BTC is still awesome though.

Do you guys think this is going to be huge for cryptocurrency or just a KFC marketing scheme?
For me it is both. Just last year, there are speculations that Mc Donalds also did this already. What's the point? Well, this only means that even those big food chains really invest in bitcoin and that it is also a way to encourage their customers to get interested in bitcoin.

In fact, I think it's good for Bitcoin anyway! This is his introduction into everyday life. The only thing that bothers me is the timing of the transaction. While it is done - will have time to grow a new chicken =)

KFC Canada has found a wily way to ride the coattails while deriding the entire damn concept. With help from agency Grip Limited, meet “The Bitcoin Bucket,” an attempt to convince Canadians to exchange their Bitcoins for buckets (of chicken, thus enriching KFC while the going can be got).

more and more people are interested in bitcoin because it now shows as a worthy currency to use in everyday situations, such as buying food, and if KFC considers it a successful strategy to accept it, it may open more companies in a country so that the country gets developed and his people were advanced
