Litecoin is a good coin. There are many positive and many negative forecasts. For example, if the US government decides to ban any company from receiving payments in Litecoin, It will significantly damage the value of the digital currency. In addition, the government can close all exchanges of cryptocurrencies, which China has done, or prohibit the import and production of ASIC along with other equipment necessary for mining.

Lots of people seem to be saying Litecoin is a great coin but as far as I can see it only really has 3 things going for it;

1 - It's well established. It's one of the few coins you see in CMC that are still there today if you turn back the clock a few years
2 - It gets all of the BTC style network upgrades before BTC (like LN/Segwit etc)
3 - It has a stong community (including Charlie Lee, who has NOT quit as the OP suggests!)

However, all it is really good for is a form of payment and I don't think it is great at that to be honest. There are many options now that are cheaper AND quicker (eg Nano, but there are many examples)

I don't think Litecoin can replace Bitcoin, it has only few advantages as faster transactions that are cheaper but these things only matter when the market is going crazy like it was in Q4 last year. Now Bitcoin transactions are fast and cheap, so where is the added value of Litecoin? There are plenty of coins that act only as a currency and claim to be faster and cheaper...too many.

And I believe that bitcoin will be restored and the founder of litecoin did not sell his tokens, but simply poured them into Bitcoin :d Well, this is my version. And so, I'm more confident that XRP will soon begin to share space with Ethereum than litecoin recover.

Honestly I doubt because you did not provide evidences. You should prove your statement in order to be valid and reliable information. However, litecoin will remain in crypto and still it's potential will not gone.

Positive factors are more advanced technology litecoin and its rapidly rising trend. There is a potential for growth in the cost of LTC to $1000. However, it should be kept in mind that governments may be able to legislate, which may have a negative impact, and to what extent it will affect a particular currency is unclear.
