Its very easy for them to do or achieve in few months but i  never believed they will do such since they also know that crypto currency might be the future of currency and using blockchain technology will also be useful to them..

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I think that no one wants to kill cryptocurrency, all the laws are being made for someone to get rich, and everyone fells for it and think that cryptocurrency will be banned soon, I think that is a lie and do not pay attention to these laws. Today was added 1 bad law for cryptocurrency, and tomorrow will add 2 good ones)

if all governments around the world work together to kill crypto, it can happen. by closing all crypto exchange access on all sites and all countries. because despite having a wallet and balance in the wallet, but if there is no exchange then it will not be meaningful. because all crypto users, on average they use it for investment and exchanged for fiat money.

crypto currencies are just new and governments are waiting for it to mature. According to my opinion, if the government grows out of control, it will legislate in the future to check the crypt money. maybe it could be bad then.

"Regardless, just because South Korea, China, the US and other countries can crush Bitcoin by issuing new regulations and influencing cryptocurrency prices, it doesn’t mean they can kill it".  The above quote is from the research information I got when I was trying to find out why world government is fighting crypto. Please read the full text here: https://www.ccn.com/fighting-bitcoin-cryptocurrency-trading-threat-government-policies/ and make your own contributions. It will help cool the nerves from the crypto dip we are experiencing recently. Happy reading. Thanks
Government have not enough power to kill crytpocurrencies. The life of the cryptocurrencies is depends to its users and I know that they will not let cryptocurrencies to die.

Of course. No matter how revolutionary the cryptocurrency system is, it is still no match to the system that our government has. Our government practically controls everything in the world right now. They have the power to allow something to exist in our current situation or not.  But still the government fears crypto and its capabilities

I do not think that the government can kill crypto. Governments can try, but as long as there is something illegal, for example (drugs) this is not possible

Actually there is no possibility to prohibit Crypto. It is possible to restrict it, to change the way how to use coins. If people really will need it, they will invent how to avoid any government restrictions.

Nope, government cannot completely kill cryptocurrencies at all cause of their decentralized nature. They may only block transactions possibly in local markets, so they can damage but not kill..

This was an issue that that became a serious controversy for quite some time, but it now seems to be more of a reality that cryptocurrency has come to stay. So many countries have adopted the technology and i envisage that crypto will continue to spread wide.

There is no ang forum of government, state, organization or individual who could stop Blockchain and Cryptocurrency to circulate around the world because it is indeed the future of our monetary system and there's no way on stopping cryptocurrency and even China couldn't stop their citizens on using Bitcoin and accessing Blockchain.

It is impossible to only one government to kill the cryptocurrencies but if the most countries/government has banned cryptocurrencies it might be the reason why our community will collapse, because who will support our currency if there is no country who supported it ? but it is not going to happen because some countries like venezuela has already supported the use of cryptocurrencies.

i think it can but then they have to shut down all the bitcoin servers and i can tell you. these are a lot. If there's 2 servers running, the bitcoin can still exsist. But i think it won't ever happen. The marketcap is too big to bring it down, it generates money too..

The government does not benefit from removing the crypto currency from the market. It can not completely replace real money, but it is quite possible to remove the investment tension and fill the void.

either by removing Crypto the government will certainly not be profitable even will suffer losses because the taxes will be reduced by the removal of Crypto, the government should be able to make rules for Crypto turnaround in this world, but to eliminate Crypto of course the government has full rights in every country is very easy for the government to delete it.

I think that the world government has the power to stop cryprocurrency but I don't think that they would be willing to stop innovation like cryptocurrency which is the hottest all over the world.

Governments can definitely block the bitcoin, or at least make it illegal and dangerous to use.
But they do not have a particular interest in doing so, it is much more convenient to control and tax it.

It seems to me that if cryptocurrencies pose a threat to the current economic system, the governments of the strongest countries will be able to suppress cryptocurrencies. At the moment it is unlikely. Some countries see a lot of positive in cryptocurrencies, despite their anonymity.

The government will be concerned about the development of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology. The government is always trying to block these developments through various issues that threaten cryptocurrency, but believe the government will find it difficult to kill cryptocurrency, the government will only continue to threaten people not to use cryptocurrency.
