it's very strange to hear that many bounty hunters keep these coins for a long time, if you like earning money on a course, the bounty is not quite right

Same reason for me since i only invested time and effort and not my personal savings i prefer to 50/50. Sell 50% and hodl the remaining 50% in that case atleast a win win situation for me. The 50% that i sold i'm using to those crypto that i really like so that's my purpose of selling. But if my bounty is something that has unique tech i will hodl until a certain target value.
I have alot of companions in bounty which are selling their bounties immediately their primary reasoning is they have alot of crypto bounties and monitoring them day by day is additional task since they are doing the bounties full time and having almost 40-50 bounty work everyday and submitting reports really time consuming, so to eliminate that additional price and news monitoring time they prepared to sold immediately.

It is really depends on you, because if i were you,i will hold these tokens until they have reached their full potentials, because most of the developers of these new projects needs a lot of time so they can accomplish their roadmap and it takes months to years for them to do what they need to do,that is the perfect time to sell these tokens.

Like others have said, if you were only doing the bounty for quick cash then you can dump.  If you believe in the project and team's success, might as well hold for the valuation to rise before deciding to sell or not.

I've been doing bounty campaigns only since December 2017.  Not long, in the scheme of things.  But one thing that truly surprised me during the last couple of months is the number of bounty hunters who look to sell their tokens ASAP.  At first, I didn't understand why, but I think I'm beginning to.

For me, I'm doing these bounty campaigns for a bit of fun and to give my mind a bit work to do, creatively speaking.  So my mindset for any bounty tokens is just to HODL and allow the devs to implement their roadmap and take the project through to completion.  I think this will give the best realisation of value on the tokens.  Sure, some may fail and they will likely end up worthless, but since I only invested time, not money, into receiving them, I'm not really worried.

So with that mindset, I struggled to understand why so many people were eager to offload their bounties at the earliest opportunity.

But over the weekend, I sat down and did some calculations on the accumulated bounty rewards I'm expecting to receive.  Each bounty by itself was a modest return, but when combined in totality, it was a sizeable amount.  And that's when it struck me...

Lots of people who live in less fortunate parts of the world, particularly in areas with high unemployment, probably NEED to sell their bounty rewards to put food on the table and pay their bills.

But I really don't know if my assumptions are correct.  So, my question to you is...

Do you sell your Bounty Rewards straight away or HODL?  Any insight into your reasons would be appreciated.

## If this post has been thought provoking for you, I'd really appreciate a bit of Merit in return ##

In my own experience once i receive a reward from my bounty campaign,i hold it into certain period of time and i allow the development to make this coins become successful in the market  and make this coin become profitable.some other bounty hunters need to sell there rewards coins immediately, because of there personal needs and wants  in life,so we cannot blame them why should they eager to sell there bounty token.

You have mentioned it bro. For me the main reason is to provide food for their family. Lets be honest, not all of us knows the money that can be earned through bounty campaigns. If a certain person earns big on his campaign and he badly needed money. There is no other resort, he would be opted to immediately sell what have he/she earned.

If you make a campaign and you sell immediately the small reward you receive, it means that you didn't understand the spirit of the bounty (or that you are so desperate that a so little sum can save your life...)

You need to imply in a bounty non just to obtain some cheap money, but because you believe in the project and you support it with your work, so you keep what you received and -  if you have chosen wisely - in the future you will have a big reward.

All boils down to whether you believe in the project or not. You have to hold it if you believe in the project or probably flip it if it doesn't worth it .

If you have a plan to hold, then you don't need to sell it immediately. But if you need that rewards, you have to sell it immediately, because most of bounty rewards price will drop.

For me, I have to hold first because I personally believe that new coins or tokens can only be tested for potential in nearly one to two years, so that I will not regret, I always  give each coin a chance, anyway, there is no money involve in acquiring it since it is through bounties.

I have been in the bounty campaign not for long, but I have got some coins and I have been holding these coins. I think selling immediately wouldn't get you much, so I am planning to hold between six months to a year. If the project is good then maybe two years.

Selling your coins right off the bounty would give you a very small income. I've seen friends who sold their coins and 3 months later regretted it because the coin's value shot up through the roof. For me, if you earn coins from bounty I'd give it a few months to a year of holding so you could have your coin's value shoot up. You also have to keep an eye on your holdings, especially very successful ones. Then after some time, cash in or invest on other more stable coins

Practically reason they sell it, they needed more food in their table rather than token in their wallet, so some really decided to sell their bounty reward and you can't blame them either it's their choice... but it will be good also to hold it for a longer time if not needed.

I suggest that you hold since bounty rewards usually is sold 50% or less than their actual value in the market in the early stage specially during those first month that you received it. I experienced selling it early then upon checking a couple of months its value doubled in the market though I don't regret it because I needed the money that time but still I learned that holding is much better.

Mostly as per my knowledge better don't sell them because it might give you more profit if you hold it for long term. Check twice if you joined in potential project then it will automatically give thrice income if you have hold them for more than 6months.

Personally I think you hold some and sell some.
One might hit it big. But its really a gamble you would have to take.

You correctly understood everything. Someone needs money and immediately sells everything as soon as they have earned coins. Someone can keep coins for years! Again, you can wake up in 10 years and realize that your coin is worth several hundred thousand dollars. But not everyone has the opportunity to wait. It is also possible to sell coins at once, in order to turn this money into more promising assets. If you understand in advance that the rate will fall then there is no sense in keeping these coins.

I've been doing bounties only during the last months, so I took part only to 3 campaigns, but I decided to keep these tokens because I participated to projects I really believe in, I wouldn't waste my time to do whatever bounty campaign only to get some random tokens. So I hold.

i usually see the value of Coin / TOken that i got from Bounty, are they have good future or not.
then i will see market price right after i got.if the price already over ICO Price i will sell it first and buy it again in deep price.
but if the price still under ICO Price i better hold it for 1-2 month....sure tyhe price will going up as long the project is good one.

thats it, If you participate on any bounty that means you believe in the project,if you believe the project why would you sell them right away after the market hit. holding a good project will give you much more reward than your patients.
