If you receive your bounty rewards and you have less tokens in your wallet I suggest I will just hold my coins and try to get knowledge on trading , with your initial bounty token rewards you can start little trading with your tokens
What are you talking about? How does it depend on the quantity?

I've been doing bounty campaigns only since December 2017.  Not long, in the scheme of things.  But one thing that truly surprised me during the last couple of months is the number of bounty hunters who look to sell their tokens ASAP.  At first, I didn't understand why, but I think I'm beginning to.

For me, I'm doing these bounty campaigns for a bit of fun and to give my mind a bit work to do, creatively speaking.  So my mindset for any bounty tokens is just to HODL and allow the devs to implement their roadmap and take the project through to completion.  I think this will give the best realisation of value on the tokens.  Sure, some may fail and they will likely end up worthless, but since I only invested time, not money, into receiving them, I'm not really worried.

So with that mindset, I struggled to understand why so many people were eager to offload their bounties at the earliest opportunity.

But over the weekend, I sat down and did some calculations on the accumulated bounty rewards I'm expecting to receive.  Each bounty by itself was a modest return, but when combined in totality, it was a sizeable amount.  And that's when it struck me...

Lots of people who live in less fortunate parts of the world, particularly in areas with high unemployment, probably NEED to sell their bounty rewards to put food on the table and pay their bills.

But I really don't know if my assumptions are correct.  So, my question to you is...

Do you sell your Bounty Rewards straight away or HODL?  Any insight into your reasons would be appreciated.

## If this post has been thought provoking for you, I'd really appreciate a bit of Merit in return ##

To be honest i exchanged my tokens from my first bounty as soon i got them. Then i used Bitcoin to myself new computer because the one i was using 3-4 years was extremely bad. After that i took part in second bounty and i'm still holding the tokens so it depends on it if you need money or not. I won't sell my coins as long as i trust in project and i don't have to.

Marinecoìn is an up and coming crypto currency. The goal of this coin is to become widely used and adapted by initially disseminated to a large community by fair distribution. The block chain, time tested with fast transactions. 20000 coins for every proof of promotion. It is dev-less and eco friendly, maintained by an artificial intelligence. Visit their site marineco.ìn to register, marineco.ìn/ico for ICO.

I also have projects that I value very much and I'm unlikely to sell these projects in the near future. I too strongly believe in these projects. I will sell some other projects at the first opportunity. Everything depends on the specific project.

Sell immediately or hold? for me it depends because sometimes if you HOLD a token maybe it will go wasted or being dumped in future. And if you SELL a token or coins in its low price then after how many days or weeks the coins of its particular price will rise into 5 to 7 times you regret it. So always think all your decision making have a risk. Smiley Smiley Smiley

For every ICO campaign I take part I made thorough research, so I am quite confident of the success of the projects, so when I am given the bounty rewards I intend to hold them for long enough time to realise the value and full potential of the projects. Also since I get these bounty rewards free of charge and I don't need the money I am more likely to hold to wait for greater return.

Bounty rewards basically free income. You should first sell the coin if you are in profit. But, mind it, study the company website and the white paper and if you feel that the company project is unique and viable in long-term then keep aside a portion of that coin in your wallet forever.

It depends on the situation, but people don't buy into ico to sell at the lowest or at the ico price. So I'd hold.

in my opinion, your case was very complex I really don't know, sometimes you get confused what should i do, Sell, Hodl, What if i sold and it turned x10! And maybe - 90%!
so i think the best choice is to sell 50 % and hodl 50%

I think it depends on the particular project and the value of the bounty you have received. Timing is key to extracting the best profits from your coins and if the majority of bounty hunters are expected to sell straight away then maybe this is not a good time to join them as the price will drop. Listing on a premium exchange a month or two after the mains sale completes can be a stimulus for a pump so I usually wait for a little time before selling.

I think it all depends on what do you prefer. If you needed the money right away, I guess its right to sell the bounty rewards right away. If you dont need the money for the time and you trust the project and you think its value will increase in the future, you might want to hold it for a while. Just make sure your ready whatever happens to your coins in the future.

I usually HOLD bounty rewards.

Only sell when i need some money.

For projects like Merculet , i will not sell it for long terms as i know it is great project and will do well in future.

So have to take care of some factors before i sell.

I would choose to sell it immediately. Holding it in my hands may indicate a certain risk. I am a cautious person.

It's always better to sell at the first week of its listing but if you want to make some more profit, you must wait for a new stock market to enter or make a deal. and most importantly do not forget that most of the ico and bounty are scam.

I always expect the coin to leave for a good exchange. And only then do I think about whether I want to sell it. Careful selection of assets and the opening of long-term transactions guarantee greater success. In theory, strategies that involve knowledge of participants about the possibility of negative market movements can bring a big profit, but, in fact, there are no absolute guarantees about the correctness of the market forecast. Long-term transactions in proven assets are the only qualitative strategy for investing.

It depends widely on different personal situations and strategies. There are case that bounty hunters immediately wants their effort to be paid and see the money on their hand. Sometimes there are emergencies that we are forced to sell even in low price. In my case, it depends on the token itself. If, I believed the token have the potential then I will hodl it. If not, I will sell it immediately and buy potential altcoins.

It depends upon the coin you hold and when the coin hits the exchange it's wise to sell half of the coins......though if you believe the coin has huge potential then HODL .

my dear, it all depends on the project how viable it is, if it is viable then you can hold for a while, but if it is not that viable i think you should just sell it.
