Bounty Rewards: Sell immediately or HODL?

I personally hold some my bounty tokens for a long time because I believe it will rise one day however some them maybe because of the quantity I might decide to sell them and get some money for my up keep.

Sell the token or hold it are all the reasonable choice for a guy. For me, I joined a lot of airdrop or bounty in 2014,  such as mooncoin, faircoin, enerycoin and a lot of other coins.

Some of them I hold not long time, some not.  When I check them in last years. I found nearly 90% of them are not "exist". No treading and no one care about that.

Only a little coins are still alive and give me great return. So I can't say sell or HODL which is a good choice, it is depend on probability.

Me, I will sell it immediately. Why? I want a better earning from it. Because I noticed  that when you hold your coins after a month or two, the value decreased almost half of the value when it released. Or maybe I will sell the half and I will hold the other half.

Immediately sell is only if the bounty from the company in which you took part, causes mistrust. If the project was good, then it makes sense to wait half a year or more.

Yes your right but if the coin/token are not good for you you need to sell it, and make it research also to make more idea.

I think we should hold our tokens. They can be put on the floor and they will be greatly appreciated. So let's wait for them to come on the floor and sell.
That is the best way to fully exploit your profit from the project. Or if you find that your project is no longer functioning, it means that they will not have the potential to be on the big floor. Sell them now.

For me, based on what I have experienced and on what I have learned, I think the best way to is to hold it for a while, when I say "while", I mean about three to six months. I say that because that's the exact time when a project goes out in the market and gets the support it needs to push its coin's value up; it experiences more support and transactions that helps it rise up in value. So, I wait for that point so that when I dispose the coins, I can actually sell my coins for the best potential I can get.

If you joined the campaign, you had to believe in the project and what it could offer the world. If you think that the token is valuable, when the project is being developed, then I think you should stick to it, otherwise why join the campaign.

Always hold long term, the price is always extremely cheap a first, Do yourself a favor and have some patience.

u will know where a very good for hodl or sell quickly.
mostly for now, i immediately sell it.
because of about rate for investing on feb till now very fluctuactive.

I have sold nothing yet, but I think that it is worth leaving 50% of hodl, of course, if money is urgently not necessary, it is clear that many companies can die in half a year, year or two. Therefore it is always necessary to look at real prospect of the project

this is highly dependent on the price conditions of any existing market, and also compared to the ICO price before the distribution, at least you can get 50% profit from the price of ICO. hold if the price is too cheap, and sell when the price goes up.

I've been doing bounty campaigns only since December 2017.  Not long, in the scheme of things.  But one thing that truly surprised me during the last couple of months is the number of bounty hunters who look to sell their tokens ASAP.  At first, I didn't understand why, but I think I'm beginning to.

For me, I'm doing these bounty campaigns for a bit of fun and to give my mind a bit work to do, creatively speaking.  So my mindset for any bounty tokens is just to HODL and allow the devs to implement their roadmap and take the project through to completion.  I think this will give the best realisation of value on the tokens.  Sure, some may fail and they will likely end up worthless, but since I only invested time, not money, into receiving them, I'm not really worried.

So with that mindset, I struggled to understand why so many people were eager to offload their bounties at the earliest opportunity.

But over the weekend, I sat down and did some calculations on the accumulated bounty rewards I'm expecting to receive.  Each bounty by itself was a modest return, but when combined in totality, it was a sizeable amount.  And that's when it struck me...

Lots of people who live in less fortunate parts of the world, particularly in areas with high unemployment, probably NEED to sell their bounty rewards to put food on the table and pay their bills.

But I really don't know if my assumptions are correct.  So, my question to you is...

Do you sell your Bounty Rewards straight away or HODL?  Any insight into your reasons would be appreciated.

Actually this idea is depend on the attitude  and the necessity of a bitcoiners,because in my own thought if that people,needed so much  to support his daily basic needs and he is a bounty earners,so its better  to sell it immediately because he has no other sources of income only that,and he have a family needed his support,while in other hand based on myself necessity,i have  a permanent job,and this cryptocurrency is my future dreams so,my payments in my partcipation in bounty  i hold it when i receive  because i want to grow and circulate  this new potential coins to be usable and  being marketable.

All that depends on the market conditions and coin conditions that we get from a bounty campaign if the price has exceeded the price when selling ico or vice versa. And there is another reason that if there is an urgent need I will sell tokens under any circumstances, So it all depends on the needs and prices in the market

In my opinion this depends a lot on the price of your penny held, and you have a look at what that penny will look like in the future. Then make the right decision for yourself. But I recommend holding them better.

It’s really depends on the project. If the project is have potential to grow the token/coin I will hold it first for the first 6 months to 1 year. I will do my own research on the project. If the project is not that good maybe after the bounty I will sell it. The success of the token is really depends on the project and also the people behind the project.

Hold only those tokens which do you think will grow for the long term,dump those coins which you do think that wont have good any good value in the future,so that you arent going to waste your time holding shitcoins in your wallets,it is best to take profits when you know the tokens which you have from the bounties because im sure if you did some research you wont be joining shit projects.

I agree with you. so as not to regret seeing the price rise in the future and selling to earn a lot of money. save and follow bounty campaign again is the right time. that way you will get many prizes.

It depends on what your rewards tokens are for and how the sale went. If the platform of the company is already established, then it is okay to sell your coins. But if they used that to start their platform, you should onto it a little bit more, given that the project is successful, it will cost a lot.

It depends on the project and the team. We must raise this question. Is there any future for this project? If it is, then stick to, do not sell - sell! But to answer this question correctly, you need to know about this project. If there is no time, you can boldly sell it.

For me even the project became successful, we should still sell our bounty rewards immediately because i have experienced that almost all bounty rewards is will just pump on the first 2days and it will surely dump for long time, so sell our bounty rewards immediately so we can able to make many money.
