I think that it is worth selling half of the tokens received at once, and leaving the rest for the long term.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

First of all, if you are selling your rewards immediately you dumping coin and doing something bad to this project. So I prefer to hold.

I think that it is worth selling half of the tokens received at once, and leaving the rest for the long term.

This strategy is good in a growing market when the price of the token grows right after the ICO. Now tokens in most projects are falling in price, so selling half immediately you will lose money in the long term. I prefer to hold all the tokens.

Sell immediately or HODL?
That's a good question . Now , when I earn some experience , I think that it mostly depends on current market trend . If market is growing - you'd better hold tokens , because everything grow on bullish market and you will be able to make additional profit . But if you on bearish market - the best you can do is to sell it immediately , because everything is falling down , no matter how good it is . I hope my experience whould be useful for someone else .

I have seen that there is a immediate down trend just after tokens are listed in an exchange. This may be due to quick selling of tokens buy people who get the tokens from airdrops or bounties. People make this an opportunity to increase their total number of tokens buy selling immediately and buy at lower price.

It depends on the project and the team. We must raise this question. Is there any future for this project? If it is, then stick to, do not sell - sell! But to answer this question correctly, you need to know about this project. If there is no time, you can boldly sell it.

I've been doing bounty campaigns only since December 2017.  Not long, in the scheme of things.  But one thing that truly surprised me during the last couple of months is the number of bounty hunters who look to sell their tokens ASAP.  At first, I didn't understand why, but I think I'm beginning to.

For me, I'm doing these bounty campaigns for a bit of fun and to give my mind a bit work to do, creatively speaking.  So my mindset for any bounty tokens is just to HODL and allow the devs to implement their roadmap and take the project through to completion.  I think this will give the best realisation of value on the tokens.  Sure, some may fail and they will likely end up worthless, but since I only invested time, not money, into receiving them, I'm not really worried.

So with that mindset, I struggled to understand why so many people were eager to offload their bounties at the earliest opportunity.

But over the weekend, I sat down and did some calculations on the accumulated bounty rewards I'm expecting to receive.  Each bounty by itself was a modest return, but when combined in totality, it was a sizeable amount.  And that's when it struck me...

Lots of people who live in less fortunate parts of the world, particularly in areas with high unemployment, probably NEED to sell their bounty rewards to put food on the table and pay their bills.

But I really don't know if my assumptions are correct.  So, my question to you is...

Do you sell your Bounty Rewards straight away or HODL?  Any insight into your reasons would be appreciated.

## If this post has been thought provoking for you, I'd really appreciate a bit of Merit in return ##
It's a reward for your work to do 1-2 months. If the token is listed in some exchanges. I think you should sell it. Because once it is listed, its price will be high. That people will sell and the price goes down. should not hold.Or if you do not need money every month. then you can hold long. But most of the current coins will die very quickly. To do so is a great tradeoff. There are lots and lots of losers too

In terms of Bounty i sell or HODL depending on the situation i find myself. Though HODL have been always my thing. Some token end up being worthless which is quite understandable. I even have some that went Robinson Crusoe on me but who cares. So far you have been in this game for long you always choose HODL over selling off immediately. Some times i sell off to carter for certain needs.

Hold mate as long as you can becuase there are big rewards also to people that has a patience of holding. First month of that coin in exchanges will suffer from being dump cause of immediate selling so don't go wuth them mate

If this is a good coin, then I would hold the coin.  If you need money, you would immediately sell it.

SHOULD Hold it for a while. The problem is when the token come to market, many Bounty Hunters foolishly sell it and broke the price.
After the market recover, they will regret what they have done.
Remember it just my opinion, if you think Sell ASAP is good, do it.

To sell immediately or to postpone the course of the case of everyone, if you do not need money and there is no need to sell, then I think it is worthwhile to postpone, but it is also necessary to evaluate projects roughly and draw conclusions whether the future has a future or not depends on it, too,

as a bounty hunter every time i get my reward from bounty i immediately  sell the 30% token that i got just to pay my bills every month and the 70%  token left will be reserved just in case the price will go up.

For myself, I usually sell it a little bit. Then some I hold for my selling later on. Do not rush to sell because at that time the price will surely fall. So be patient in selling coins from bounty. You may be able to buy if the price is too low. and that will certainly make you fortune in the future.

It is not hard to see many opt to sell once listed. But it is still down to the fact how much you believe on the project. I hodl most of the tokens i received. The trend is actually quite explicit, not just bounty hunters are selling, most advisors will dump their holdings as well. And their dump are actually had the most profound impact.

But once the urgent selling is down, most coins would recover, the period might be longer depends on the market sentiments. If you are not desperate i think hodl may be better as most ICO coins would experience some sort of pumping course. Or keep half if you can.

That's just my personal opinion.

not everyone has money to eat food and pay for housing,so they sell, but the strategy is needed and then sell half or 75% of the coins

Before i decide whether to sell or hold it, i will look at the market reaction about that token.
be side that i will look the development roadmap for that token.
so if the token responsed positively by the market so i will hold it, but it doesn't of course i will sell it. Grin Grin

You don't have to hold all of them because there are shit coin and promising coin. If it shit coin then I will sell them right away because the price won't get any better but if its promising coins then I hold them.
