What are the facts currently, does he have a facility with miners hashing away? Has he ripped off anyone for BTC or USD at this point?
It might be all fun to point out a variety of posts made in the past and forgotten and not updated or revised but really where is there any evidence from his customers that he is ripping them off?
Again what does this have to do with Black Arrow miners? Way off topic is it? Sounds like someone is ego driven to rub Matt's rep in the shit and not ever try get to the bottom of things via a direct 1 to 1 chat on Gtalk or Teamspeak as has been offered. At this point I don't get one PG won't talk to Matt and get this resolved. He was ok travelling to see Josh get a free miner and dinner from someone we all know is a scammer vs just talking to Matt who many of us in this community have had dealings with all pretty much positive. I have yet to see anyone bring forward any evidence he is CHEATING people out of money or lying to them to get them to PURCHASE something like BFL might.

However what PG is doing is distracting from the real investigating to be done.
Tell us how your investigation has been going.

Shenzhen, 26 September, 2013: Black Arrow is proud to announce that it has upgraded the specifications of its Minion chip to 100 Ghash (up to 128 Ghash when overclocked).
If these even exist, you should be able to link one video or one youtube link. There should be even one review.
If they even exist. Show them hashing. Do it.
Prove they even exist. I somehow bet you can not. There are absolutely NO EXCUSES. NONE.

I have received confirmation from Verisilicon directly that they are indeed working on a chip for Blackarrow and are a few days away from tape out. I can post a screenshot later.
THIS ^^^ is some information. Awaiting the screenshot.

Matt Carson is their number one reseller vetted by Black Arrow. If I vetted Pirateat40 and stuck with him till the end, what kinda light would be shown on me? BTW, you never thanked me when I stood behind you during that exchange between you and Josh, but you're welcome nonetheless. At this time to be fair there is no evidence of foul play by black arrow. Matt can be vetted by BA - there is nothing wrong with that. However, by whom BA is vetted? I find strange that he is does not provide his name and lastname. Almost all asic manufacture has such info.

It seems like this is just an engineering setback which was a risk that we took with pre-orders. If it was a straight up scam, then these people would be gone now with our money. The only "scam" I could see right now would be minersource keeping the hardware for themselves when it comes in and I don't think that is going to happen (besides PG will be all over them! LOL).
I am frustrated with minersource's lack of communication though. I emailed about my 3 x-1's in their old order database (batch 1) about a week ago and still no response.

Also, it seems that everyone has to pay electricity costs for the last 2 months of the (not so) free hosting.
How they plan on enforcing this, idk..
I just clarified this- I was incorrect. The entire 6 months will be covered for all customers. I will be updating all my info shortly.

everyday i come home from work and read up on this interesting thread .. while waiting for BA's preorder to be fulfilled. Just thought of a new concept (no relation to any specific cases): 1) borrow money to make lots of chips and boards 2) once completed, start mining and announce 'preorder' 3) collected preorder money to repay loan, may or may not complete repayment 4) continue to mine while release news of delay 5) finally delivers, sell part of the mined coins to cover remaining loan, if any.

Except the whole part where the chip fab confirmed the chip has not even taped out yet.

Sorry, I left something unredacted in the last post. Here it is again: (20nm hypothesis was wrong, so what's the "surprise"? hmmm) Thank you for something substantive regarding the actual topic of this thread.

Good work Goozman!
It's not 20nm, but so what. At least we know tapeout is on or around February 20th, like BA said it'd be.
