Update:
I will have enough PSUs for every single extra comp unit, and I will have those for sale in time for shipment. More details coming.

Are you going to be handling the 25% bobsag3 or will we have to go to BA.

I will be handling the 25%, waiting for final confirmation on when I can start offering it and some other small details.

Any update on the single x1 order compensation?

I've been trying to follow all the posts but missed something...

Is BA officially slipping B1 orders X-3's again ... from May 1 to May 8?  I didn't get any email notification from BA ... the latest email I received from BA was on Jan 29 stating that they are slipping B1 shipments until May 1.  So, is this another official slip?

Power Supply for the 3rd 1TH/s module:  Is there an official spec on this?  Should I be getting a Corsair 750?  1200?  Is it even an ATX PSU?

I see the spec for the X-3 (the 2 TH/s version) says that the Power Consumption is 1050W ... Is that 525W per each of the modules?  So will the 3rd one will also require 525W?  That's less than the 0.75W/GHs they are advertising.  What gives?

Lastly -- how's the 5 days of FREE hosting going to work and when does it begin?  How do we provide the pool information?

Thanks in advance to all Smiley

So instead of getting any real compensation for the delay we only get the additional hash which was promised as a price matching guarantee? So this latest announcement was really them telling us we are getting less for more. Nicely done BA, nicely done.

We can't grow when we won't criticize ourselves!

The 25% is not much use if they keep the minimum order of x1's at 10 or how do people who ordered 1 x1 order another 1 to get the free one with out ordering 9 they don't want.

True + the 25% can only be used on minion based products.. like we would ever buy another minion based miner.. NOT.
it would be nice if you could use it in a future order thats not limited to a minion based miner..

the only ppl who would maybe buy a minion based miner are those who bought 1 X1 to get their extra miner.
But to get your compensation @ BA you have to buy a min of 10..

Anyone checked with them about changing the order to include hosting? Do they have any capacity left?

I asked this question, but have not gotten an answer yet.

We have plenty of space over in the US for hosting.

I concur with this sentiment. I think there should be a direct payout relational to the hashing power purchased over the period of time misrepresented by the company. They failed to deliver a product plain and simple and now they're using a buy 2 get 1 free scheme to illicit more money. The only compensation after the initial failed delivery should be from the company and not from customer purchases buying more units to fulfill the hokey compensation scheme.

I want to believe in Black Arrow as other customers but investing more money is not an option.

bobsag said he thinks those with a single x1 order will receive a second x1 free. This would be great but we still need to wait for clarification.

I am checking about that, and offering a Gift Card to my store for the equiv value to allow to be ordered on X1 or X3.

I guess he would need to be able to claim an even number of them from BA in one hit.

That's much appreciated even though it's not a problem that you have caused. What is the equivalent value to though? I'll most definitely order through you again, seems I'll be buying at least a PSU Wink

The PSU's use 12v (X3: 120A, X1: 12A) and 5volts (5A). This would be 1430-1480 Watts.
Also it needs to be a high quality PSU, not one with cheap parts.

With the free hosting you will receive an IP address and port to log into your miner. You will have full control of it including setting it up with your pool.
