For Batch 1 customers, the 25% cloud hashing compensation previously announced will be replaced with 50% in the form of physical hardware. The extra hardware will not include power supply or shipping but they will be available to purchase from our store. We will also offer a technical solution for customers who wish to use their own power supplies.
 
Details:

• Every X3 purchased will now contain 3 * 1Thash modules, 2 modules with power supplies, one without.
  
• For every 2 * X1 purchased we are offering an extra X1, without power supply. Customers who have not purchased an even numbers of X1s, will also receive a free X1 miner on their next purchase of a X1 miner.
  
• Cloud hashing packages will receive 50% extra hashing power minus setup and maintenance costs which will be announced at a later date.
  

OH WTF!! So how Is this EVEN amount of miners going to work for those of us that ordered directly from BA before you made the minimum order requirement and from then miner source?
What about those of use that only ordered single or odd amount of units?

Me Personally I have 1 order placed for an X-1 directly with BA and one X-1 through Minersource (but far as I can tell my account / order hasn't been migrated).
I have sent messages about getting my order transferred over to Minersource to save shipping and get them at same time but never got any replies.

Whats the cost of a PSU for a X1 and X3?
Will they be shipped with the initial purchace? if not when will they be shipped?
If they will be shipped with the initial purchace they can go in the same box (wich save us a lot of shipping cost $$$)
if our compensation will be shipped a month later well its kinda useless.

What if you have 2 seperate order consiting of the same units ?
is it possible to do
- if you order 2 X1 (or x3) you get 1 for free without PSU and iff you order like 3 you can get 1 free with PSU?
do you provide an psu plug so its possible to attache an PC PSU?

the compensation is better then the initial one thats for shure, and i do admit your product looks high quality
but that we have to pay extra shipping costs kinda sucks realy bad.

Are you going to make it possible to order a seperate X1 unit in your web store again? if not how can a person who previously order 1 X1 order another one instead of 10?

Today we are increasing increasing the compensation as we are looking to start rewarding our loyal customers:

All customers who have placed pre-orders until 05/05/2014 will be offered 25% discount on all future orders of miners based on Minion (limit: up to 10 times the hashing power of their previous orders)
 
Pending sales and further reducing costs once we go into mass production we are looking to continue offering discounts to the customers who have supported us and helped us to make the Minion & Prospero a success story.
 
Note: The discounts for future orders are offered only to customers who have believed in us and continued to support us. They will not be offered to customers who requested refunds and to a small minority who abused or threatened any member of Black Arrow Team.

So if you ordered a single X1, the only way to get compensated is to send you more money?

Seriously, wtf is that about. Talk about getting shafted after believing in them just as much as the guy who ordered two. Punished for being poor i suppose?

This seems like a real cluster fuck to me now. Not that the cloud hashing didn't before. They most likely sat and ran the numbers and realized hosting all those extra units and then having the units turn to crap when the difficulty sky rockets again and not being able to move them is a bad bad bad bad idea.

Not only that, you have to buy a power supply from them because they are kind enough to give you the hashing equipment, just not complete equipment. WTF? Yeah yeah i get that it cost more for shipping, but they make it seem like you have to pay the extra shipping on the units anyway.. so WTF?

Also, how does this work now. I ordered two x-1s from black arrow and 5 from miner source. So i get 3 extra units? 1 from black arrow and 2 from miner source?

Also, i did request a refund from miner source. It has nothing to do with me believing in if you are going to deliver a product or not, it is inevitable you will if past performance is any indicator. However, he quickly wrote off my request as he was mistaken and thought i was in batch 2. I sent him about 3 more emails explaining that i was in batch one but they were all ignored. No huge deal, i will roll with the x-1's. Can't know what woulda been if ya never try. I was gonna try to get funds together to buy an S2..
 
So am i punished, but only half punished as i requested a refund but never received a refund? Or are you just stating that people who actually received refunds cannot now place orders and claim they are entitled to the compensation?

Also with the hosting packages you initially offered, is the free unit hosted for the same amount of time? How is that going to work? Thanks.

Blackarrow, you will have to correct the invoices carefully. Don't use "zero USD" price for the third module - it causes great problems at the custom office (it was experienced with Bitmine.ch orders with 50% compensation). The value of the order must be proportionally divided and allocated to each module.

BlackArrow, serious question.... I purchased only ONE X1, I have no desire to purchase another so where does that leave me in the scheme of things with the compensation plan? Do those who only purchased one unit receive a bit of a refund? Are we out of luck until we order more? It seems only those who spent more money are being rewarded however we all equally funded this endeavor. At the same time, this compensation plan is definitely a step in the right direction, I think if this was announced the first time around there would have been a lot less worry/cancellations of orders. Please keep me advised

I had read they had a rough start, but they are a company with an actual track record. I have had zero issues with my s1's. At the time it would have been a preorder for them. Not quite sure what was that bad about them when they were first announced?
