How do I transfer my order? Where to write??
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Im getting so confused about all this now. I just spoke to minersource and the suggested that I pick up one more x-1. That would make my order of 3 an even 4 so that I would receive 6 units total. Bringing my grand total to $1540 for 600gh/s (3 units at $373 and one more at the new batch 1 price of $421) This is exactly the problem that has been discussed here, that seems unfair that any customer would have to spend another $421 (or ~0.9457BTC) to be fully compensated. If I had only ordered 1 unit I would have been comped another unit but since I ordered 3 they round down? I would also like to say that I in no way blame Matt at minersource for this and that I am more looking for some clarification from BA about this situation. It seems crazy that anyone have to spend what I am assuming is going to be close to an extra $500 to be compensated when a week ago I was getting a package that didnt cost me an additional dime.

The way I read the offer is; Those that only have 1 X1 on order will NOT get any comp until they order at least 1 more X-1. They should receive a 25% discount on this next X-1 as there original order was placed before May/5/14.

Anyone that has ordered odd numbers of X-1s needs to even up if they want more free ones.

All these orders would get the 25% discount up to 10x the hash rate of your original order, discount would not apply to PSU for the free units.

"Customers who have not purchased an even numbers of X1s, will also receive a free X1 miner on their next purchase of a X1 miner."

"All customers who have placed pre-orders until 05/05/2014 will be offered 25% discount on all future orders of miners based on Minion (limit: up to 10 times the hashing power of their previous orders) "

I purchased an X3 in November 2013

and still waiting to get the machines.

Will I receive 3000 GH/s (3 * 1TH/s units)

in May 2014 without add more money?

What is going on right now?

Even with the "free" X1 miner on next purchase, it hardly seems worth it (at least for me)

$269 for one X1 => 0.372 GHs/$

Cost to receive 50% compensation:
$373 for one X1
$0 for one X1 w/o PSU
$60 for PSU
$433 total

Total cost of 3 X1: $702 => 0.427 GHs/$

Bringing the actual compensation to 15%, not 50%. And this is assuming I can purchase the single X1 directly from BA, otherwise I would have to deal with 2 suppliers and get BA to transfer the compensation plan to a reseller.

The addage "Don't throw good money after bad" still holds true

Looks like this is the case. However, it is not at all clear the extra 1TH will arrive at the same time. It may very well arrive at the end of Batch 2 a month later. You will need to provide a PSU for the third unit or buy one of theirs. I am hoping to hook a standard PSU for the third unit.

I am really scared now, guys. I have asked for refund from minersource.net for my Prospero X-3, like... 2 months ago. The wire transfer takes 3 days, right? How is it I still have not received my refund? They have promised like 3 or 4 times that they will send the refund and after that, always some problems occurs. THEY SMELL LIKE A BIG SCAM I can say... Look 2 days ago, I wrote to support@minersource.net from my another email (because i think they are ignoring me on my original account email), and asked for refund, like for 4th time. Thats what answer I got: http://puu.sh/8tpU7/ac75a4c842.png . As you see, he told me this on 28th of April. Today is 30th of April. I have not received a single letter neither from Matt (support@minersource.net), neither from Wells Fargo bank. I am really angry now. If I will not hear any news about my refund soon, I will sue them, I promise. Because this is getting not funny guys.

By the way, does anybody else have any news from Matt about refunds? Because I guess he will ignore this post...

P.S This was the 2nd or 3rd time when he promised me to send the refund. Look: http://puu.sh/8tqcV/d84358a0e0.png . I guess you can see the date - April 9th.

Oh and, I guess I know why he isnt responsing me, I guess he is waiting for May 1. Then he will have a new excuse - he will fly to china, to visit the blackarrow and will keep ignoring everybody, who will ask anything about refunds. It was same with Israel. And I am sorry to say, if this all sounds as a rage or something, but actoully.. it is a rage, because it is funny when you have been asking for refund for 2 months and he just keep excusing.

Time for me to get a little bit of hate by my fellow members  Grin

I actually like the compensation plan, I find it way better then 25% hosted power for 6 months.

And I certainly understand the frustration of people who only got 1 X1 because I would also be pissed off, and I also wouldn't want to pay more to get more.
But this is something you have to take care of with your re-seller.

For BA, it's logical and works fine, considering they only sold batch1 unites in bulks of 10
. (Correct me if I am wrong)

I am not saying BA is perfect, far from it in fact. There is much they could have done better, however buying those devices as a pre-order, I expected this to happen.
The only thing that would make me unhappy, would be to have to wait another 3+ months. I can deal with a little more wait.

For the silence, I take it they don't want to give bad news untill they get all their cards right and give a final accurate update.

The one thing many companies should start doing is "Under Promise, Over Deliver"
Give an extra month delay, ship 2 weeks early... everyone would be thrilled.

I don't feel BFLed so far... and speaking of which, I just want our toys to be in our hands before these f***s ship their Monarch...
Just principle of entertainment for me after following their hate thread on the original ASIC's.

Consider yourself corrected. Prior to 29 Nov BA sold single X1s.

Pretty sure you could buy 1 X-1 on the Black Arrow store early on in Batch 1, before they changed it minimum of 10 towards the end of the first batch.

Anytime you're compared to BFL, is not a good thing, no matter what the compensation is.

Need to know the exact specs of these power supplies going into the X-3 also need the exact specs required to overclock each case of the X-3's.  Please respond with detail.  These details should have been posted ages ago.  How are we suppose to prepare with this lack of info.

The specs are on ecointalk, he must've been confused as to which forum they were posted on:

http://ecointalk.net/topic/392-black-arrow-weekly-production-update/page-21

From Blackarrow on ecointalk:

"Internal PSUs, they provide 12v (X3: 120A, X1: 12A) and 5volts (5A). They use custom connectors which we can provide as well."

I'm not sure about overclocking.

Thank you! I lost where they were posted.  For the overclock I have no idea what would be necessary along with if the custom connectors will handle the Watts necessary to have the unit at say 20% overclock.  Any one have info as to either?
