Forgive my opion if it hurts ActM diehards but CT exchange would be a mistake imo. Decent solution is decentralised exchange and I think Mr Slaughter holds back answer for this reason. Minerpart has right feelings imo. Goodluck.

For now, we recommend all users stay away from new ASIC projects promising enormous performance advantages with unknown ship dates. Any slippage will erode the value of the project enormously, while the deflation of the currency may make it impossible to ever earn one’s money back compared to the value of those same BTC had they not been spent. Sigh... let's hope for a good update, eh?

I agree. I have previously said that personally I would rather wait until 'colored coins' releases a working beta client.

It is confusing the current run-up in price due to adoption rates with the inherent deflationary characteristics of bitcoins. Don't use bitcoins to buy miners, if you are worried about the risk. I imagine sometime this year for the difficulty rise to tapper-off, the hashing efficiency can't continue to increase at the same rate.

I'm in this for the long haul, I don't give a rat's ass about traders trying to unload our shares. I just want the company to succeed & make me rich. I'm pretty chill, just a healthy dose of skepticism about newbies. Case in point below: Possibly. I have no friends and my father beat me as a child

Colored Coins or not, the legal situation regarding tradeable shares wont change. I'd also rather not be one of the first securities on this new system. Lets just stick to the plan and get this show on the road please

Being pioneer is indeed risky. Govs can only control when we comply. Bitcoin did not ask for permission but will prevail. Mr Slaughter is very criticised but seems to always demonstrate agility and adaption. BTC is massive risk on every front. Invested people are understandably scared of losing. Mr Slaughter imo is playing long term advantage for shareholders as is very proud man. Maybe detrators wany piece of pie too. Im confused on this board and sceptical of silly negative remarks. Balanced discussion is welcome but far between yeah?

Weekly Update 1/1/14
Happy New Year!
The new year looks bright for Active Mining as we continue to assemble our miners for quick delivery.
Not a lot of changes from last weeks update:
We are also continuing to develop our Intellihash program and with our 2013 sales at $6,311,788.33 we have a very good share of the market.
We have been working 100% on our core business.

Ken, we need to know what's going on with the shares. 2 weeks ago you were hard at work making it come together. Now you don't even mention it. What's up?

Uh.. Didn't we all agree. This was NOT a good update. What about our shares? He needs to inform us of this. EDIT: The 100% on the core business means no time is being dedicated to getting our shares back? Every other company (even the scams, Labcoin) had their shares on a new exchange in under a few weeks. We are now looking at multiple months without share access. We literally have investors who are TRAPPED into this investment (Not I, I don't wish to sell shares at the moment) and it is not reasonable.
