So tell us about your career as a Terrahash shill?  What lessons are you applying to your new venture in Active mining?
If you recall, ActM actually attempted to purchase miners from TH.

I'm not quite sure what you are talking about, I assume this is a poor attempt at mudding my name with libel.

I imagine it is hard for you to talk with me considering you sold all of your BTC at fairly low prices last I looked at your BTC address.

I seem to be the only one here that actually physically visits these companies instead of sits in front of their keyboard fighting with Josh from BFL.

I also regularly attend conferences where I meet the owners of these Manufacturers in person. You should attend one, Josh is always there and I bet you guys would have a blast chatting it up.

But the companies you visit turn out to be scams, one way or another.

Most of the companies out there turn out to be scams, one way or another of no fault of my own.

I specifically told everyone that HashFast would deliver a working product but it would likely be late (Hence why I never ordered anything from them)
Terrahash showed a working product when I visited them so it was very strange for them to do what they did but then again Yifu didn't provide them with chips even though we all saw their orders. Doesn't change the fact that they are fraudulent now though.
Most of my money went towards KnC who I didn't personally visit but had connections that did and that turned out to be a pretty great success.

This isn't a regular marketplace for items. You dabble a little bit in every company and hope one does very well to make up for the others that do not do so well or turn out to be frauds.
I'm happy with my decisions.

You are certainly the only one here who visit these scam companies and proceeds to shill for them.
Your understanding of the word "libel" could be a bit off.  A statement has to be false for it to be libelous.
Your shilling for and pimping Terrahash is an undisputed fact.  Your first post on this forum is selling Terrahash preorders.

how brilliant is this all ending up?

TL;DR: we don't have access to, or even real world proof that we've paid for and "own" shares of a fictitious business called "Active Mining Company."

Basically we handed money over to some random guy living in Missouri… what a coup this is all turning out to be.

You have to get paid to shill of which I did not. Guess that would be libel

Oh and you already know that wasn't my first post Smiley

I'm not accusing you, I am just saying that you did do a bit of cheering for TH and they turned out to be a scam to some degree. Maybe would have been different had Yifu not screwed everyone. But it is easy for some on the outside to jump to the conclusion that you had a hand in it since you are meeting up with these people. Its a guilt by association type thing - like your part of the act to to keep everyone going for as long as possible to buy time or something. Again, I'm just trying explain why people are bringing up/have brought up the accusation.

Weekly Update 1/1/14

Happy New Year!

The new year looks bright for Active Mining as we continue to assemble our miners for quick delivery.

Not a lot of changes from last weeks update:

We are also continuing to develop our Intellihash program and with our 2013 sales at $6,311,788.33 we have a very good share of the market.

We have been working 100% on our core business.

I guess you're off on all of your definitions.  A quick refresher:

shill (shl) Slang
n.
One who poses as a satisfied customer or an enthusiastic gambler to dupe bystanders into participating in a swindle.
v. shilled, shill·ing, shills
v.intr.
To act as a shill.
v.tr.
1. To act as a shill for (a deceitful enterprise).
2. To lure (a person) into a swindle.

As you can see, the word "paid" is conspicuously absent from the definition.
If you got less than you expected from the Terrahash kids, you're still a shill - simply an inept one.

Regarding your first post:  I clicked on the first page of your profile, where the first post was you pitching a Terrahash preorder.
Well played.

May I remind people that nothing would make Entropy happier than the SEC crushing ActM.

At this point we have nothing to gain by taking Ken to court, the only chance we ever make our money back is if ActiveMining pulls through and ships miners/builds a mining farm.

The trolls made their point about ActM 4 months ago, they now mostly post to gloat at our expense.

I understand, unfortunately there's nothing that can be done to stop that type of association. Anyone that has been to a bitcoin convention or has met me in person obviously knows this to be false. Although it would be strange to open a Lawsuit on myself if I had a part in it or to keep two of my own orders (~$20,000) if I knew they were going to be fraudulent. You managed much better -- you lead a whole string of trusting ponies, got them blind drunk with greed and picked their pockets clean.
Nice work.

Mabsark you get really shirty and vulgar with anyone who crosses you don't you?

How about less of the name calling huh?

You don't use the word 'probably' because you clearly always know all the facts? I see. Well done.

EDIT - fine Mabby, go complain to the SEC. After a 2year court battle you might get your shares swapped back out for your initial FIAT investment. Meanwhile all the other shares holders who decide not to contest will keep their shares, keep their divs, and will be sitting very pretty. I'm sure that will make perfect sense to you.

Do you have a problem comprehending what you read? I never said I was going to complain to the SEC. I said somebody could lodge a complaint based on the fact that Ken has taken control of peoples shares and withheld dividends for weeks while ignoring peoples pleas for an explanation. That complaint could most certainly be interpreted as legitimate, after all, it is a factual representation of what's going on at the moment.

You can already monitor the progress on Eligius. We have 10 24.5 TH miners that are still going through some software debugging or potentially hardware issues.

Real sales (trades with payment and delivery) or preorders? If you call it a sale, you can pay dividends too...
