I'm trolling? how long you been here chief?

EDIT: oh yeah. long enough for me to ignore you.

So you come on here and post 'Are we hashing yet?' like it wouldn't take you all of 3 minutes to read the latest posts. Clearly you are trolling for a response. That or you are just stupid, but i hadn't pegged you as stupid before now.

But either way - you are both pathetic and immature.

'Ugh, not only am i going to put you on ignore, but I'm going to actually tell you that you are now ignored. I'm so awesome that this will be upsetting news to you, and you will be so very sorry'

Kindly fuck off and grow some pubes you ignorant little prick - i contribute far more to the rational debate on this thread than you ever have.

Seems like the typical reaction of the "believers" around here when someone really gets to the heart of the problem. Which is, when the fuck are we hashing?

This is exactly when you have to admit in front of yourself that the state ActM is in is as far from hashing as the earth from the fucking moon.

Now lets wait for the next picture of a bench, shall we?

Edit: See also the post from mainline about "getting lost in the details"... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=297530.msg4911902#msg4911902

As I said before I've personally known Greg from People's ASIC and his partner (The two engineers) for about 8 months now. Both are extremely smart and capable engineers and I've personally seen them demonstrate a working FPGA using their code long ago.

Unlike the naysayers on here that put down everything and everyone, I've been to many of the Bitcoin conferences and will gladly meet anyone here.

I've personally met with Ken and even though I wasn't allowed to take any pictures (Which I said I would if I was allowed to) I wasn't sure where ActiveMining was going to go until Ken made the announcement about People's ASIC.

It's quite funny how things work out since I initially introduced Ken and Greg to each other in California. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=252531.msg2836176#msg2836176

So while Ken had some issues getting this off the ground, he did choose a great team to work with and I'm excited to see what comes of it.

As was said many times before, if you want to physically meet Ken go setup a meeting. No one is hiding behind anything here, including myself unlike some of the trolls that frequent this thread. Their credibility relies on repetition and the unwillingness of shareholders to seek out the actual truth in their investment.

As soon as I get the verification program up on the server, then as investors get verified we will start sending the list over to CT to create the accounts which will include the shares.  So, once the accounts are created then trading will start.

Ken, WHEN is this happening!?

Could you commit yourself to at least this one date in front of your shareholders?

Yes, I will be working on this the next few days.  I don't see to many problems getting it running ASAP.

So what exactly did you achieve in the "next few days" since the 31st?

$1mil/month mining revenue = $0.1 per share per month

In USD terms ActM will bring me a full-time equivalent income in a couple of months - not to be sniffed at. $1/share/month should be possible when 28nm chips come online ($5mil mining revenue, $5mil chips sales/month)

As I said before I've personally known Greg from People's ASIC and his partner ...

...A guy going by Bargraphics, with a history of shilling for scam companies, quells the doubters by promising to visit Ken in person.  Promises to bring back shitloads of pics and real answers.
Comes back with "good feels" and no pics.
...

So on the scale of 1 to 10, 1 being "Definite scam" and 10 "Solid as Terrahash," how would you rate People's ASIC?

..Verbal diarrhea..

Many people have thanked me for "shilling" (by your definition) for KnC. They turned out to be a great company.
Unfortunately a company that had to rely directly on a chip manufacturer to make a product in which they couldn't and then ran with the money are getting sued by me and a multitude of other people. At least I put my money where my mouth is.

Fortunately every company I've ever "shilled" or "bet" on with regards to chip manufacturing has been a solid company. Thank you for noticing that and pointing it out.

Let me know when you have another straw man argument for me to destroy.

Were there any shareholders at the Miami Conference or will be going to any future conference?

I'd really like to get out to a conference this year. There are a number of variables involved in the decision, though. Is there a nice consolidated list of Bitcoin Conferences happening in 2014?

[nerdrage]

"Strawman argument"?  I asked you if you have as much confidence in People's ASIC as you did in Terrahash.  That's a question, not an argument.
Care to answer?

@Ken

It has been 3-4 Days since the day you specified shares will begin the liquidation process. If this is going to eat up any more of your time, just to set it up, then can you start the process manually instead?

Btw, the long and the short of it is: ACTM was supposed to be hashing in Oct/Nov conservatively Dec 2013. But instead we've endured a news blackout and a trade freeze all the while time is marching on.

That train has sailed and no amount of rubbing crystal balls is going to slow down or turn back the ever ascending difficulty level…

I'm not sure if you've noticed but in the Bitcoin Mining Ecosphere TIME is literally MONEY.

Anyway yeah, this particular venture FOR ME has turned into quite a costly hobby and another experience chalked up to learning.

If all pans out and ACTM actually does become profitable then hallelujah… At least, at this point, I haven't lost my shirt on this experiment.

now for you sensitive types out there; I'm sorry if this grinds your gonads but this is simply my opinion…

Maybe you should PM Ken?  Seems like it's something he might want to try...

I suggested to Ken that he should hire people;

But again no one here really has a clear and full assessment of Ken's workforce. Maybe he did hire some people. Apparently when whomever was the last person to visit the office said something along the lines of extra people there (some females). He has Engineers on the west coast?

One thing is for sure though, Ken doesn't trust other people handling the share situation. I believe he stated something along the lines of this back in November or December in IRC. The share situation is his job and his alone.

Anyone with such paranoid distrust of others is unfit to manage a corporation.  Words like "manage" and "corporation" imply that more than one d00d is involved, so debating this is pointless.
From the alternative, there's no need to trust a coder hired to write a frickin' simple script.  Ken claims he can code, so he could surely audit (read) code.
The paranoia excuse is absurd.

Agreed. Here is another example just in case you missed it:

Hi Ken,

I would appreciate it if you could address these questions in your next update. Thanks

1) What is the estimated $ per GH costs for the full deployment of the 55nm chips. This includes (but not limited to) chip cost, board cost, controller cost, set up costs, coding costs, rent, power, staffing, security etc.

2) What were the fixed costs for the 55nm chip. This includes (but not limited to) IP costs from the two new engineers (monetary or otherwise), NRE costs for the tapeout, fixed design costs for boards (if not amortised into the per unit deployment cost in Q1).

3) What are the limits (if any) to the space/power available in our chosen data centre.

Regards,
wasubii

These questions if answered would help the competition, don't you think?

Hi Ken,

I am afraid i have to respectfully disagree. What could the competition do given that information?

The fact is, that everyone who is mining is doing everything they can to get as much hash online as possible - information from us as to what we are doing will not help or hinder them in that respect.

Or perhaps i am missing something?

How do you think they could use that information for their benefit or our detriment?

Regards,
wasubii

I think any information about what are cost are would not be good to release.  I don't know how they would use the information; however, if they don't have it, then I don't have to worry about how they would use it.

I don't quite get why people are requesting some sort of alternative listing...

We are ALREADY listed. We have been since DECEMBER 5th. That's nearly two months now.

What I would like to see happen, and don't quite understand why it's been so impossible to do, is to just verify shareholders and get shares back in their hands. This is fucking absurd at this point.

Ken, you promised you'd START verifications in 7 days with your update. You reneged on that promise. Now it's "I don't see to many problems getting it running ASAP." Guess what? No one else can see why there are any problems getting it running either.

God danm man... all it seems to be is a simple site. You want us to have faith in you to put an ASIC to market? Taking over 100 days for what a high school kid with a "For Dummies" manual could do really isn't instilling much faith.
