The losses were in BTC, not in ActiveMining shares. Maybe Ken wants to buy a new car with the recouped BTC funds or use the funds for the company, who knows.

The shares are worthless, thus worthless as a company asset.  Even for a totally worthless company like ActM.

The law that Ken is following is US law and that does not allow him to hold the shares to take the divs. It entitles him to sell Ukyos assets to recoup the loss. Ken is offering them to the market to recoup company losses, it happens everyday in America, often at public auctions.

Well if you guys do the simple math the price and share count is exactly ehat was lost.  I believe it was 108 btc lost.  If anything this is very fair and keeps all parties square and eliminates legal questions.  Its all very transparent, as long as you open your non-glaucomaed eyes.  I say get some shares.  This is better than shopping at Macys with a 75% off card
