Also Ken, can you give me access and moderator privileges to this thread please? I would be happy to quit my day job and spend 24 hours a day deleting the trolls in here. I would be totally biased and delete anyone who spoke out of turn and would find it very therapeutic indeed. Yes, and you may wear the hall monitor sash

Sure, we are just looking into it. We would only go to that if it makes since, which means GH/s, Power, and time to market. With time to market being the most important. Yes, I try to do that, but sometime when we are working on deals I forget. I been thinking about a professional PR person; however, it is not on the top of my list of things to do. As far as eASIC, they are working with us to get the most out of our 28nm custom chip.
Ken, will your engineering team be making the final decision on whether we go with a 28nm or a 20nm? I see this as an engineering issue first and foremost. We need to be sure that a 20nm chip is capable of being designed and manufactured in good time and that it will show definite benefits over a 28nm chip. The problem is 20nm tech is an incredibly complex undertaking and is still an unproven technology from what I've read. You need to make sure we are following not just say TSMC's predictions about chip timelines and specs, but also independent expert advice too (some of which questions the benifits of 20nm over 28nm). Thanks. I would make the decision; however, taking in to account all the factors including the engineering teams input. I wouldn't worry to much about the 20nm, as all I said was that we were looking into it.

No probs, I'm not against anything that pushes us forwards (at some point we will need to go to 20nm) but just want to be sure we are making the right decisions and are not putting ourselves in a position of being 100% reliant on an unproven technology which may yet encounter industry-wide delays.

Ken,
Any chance you can explain where the 320620 Outstanding shares came from that are on CT?
I believe Ukyo's shares were only ~220K so that means theres an extra ~100K on the CT side. Can you please shed some light into what occurred to make this happen?
Thanks, A longtime silent shareholder

Mr KSlaughter, when are you going to enlighten us of ActM fiancial situation by publishing PL statement and proper balance sheet? Please publish one for the year of 2013 (as of 31 December) and give us a deadline for a proper January statement. You have jerked us (investors) around for way too long. Excuses are unacceptable.

Welcome to the world of ActM. Please draw a number at our IntelliTicket(TM) system and exit on the left. Thank you! SPECIAL OFFER ALERT, before you leave: Please consider investing even more by taking a look at Ukyo's discounted shares on CT. Please take one for the team and buy them up. We will release "your" shares shortly after, if we feel like it. After that, TO THE MOON!

I know it's not an answer from Ken, but let me give it a shot: If anyone takes a closer look on the books, you can see that right now there are ~120k shares for sale. Most of them should be the ones from UKYO (@.0005, @.0006 and @.001). The rest seem to be shares from folks who bought shares of off these UKYO walls and try to sell these for a profit. About the last 100k shares: these are the ones that were never sold at the IPO's before the CT-time (See BF and BTCT) and Ken issued these on CT at first to test the system (see the first (test) trades @.01 from I think Ken himself or someone who would pay 0.01 right at the time). So right now those 100k shares are NOT in the sell book and are not traded! Ken is keeping them right now (they belong to ActM) but they need to be issued to receive dividends later(which go into ActM's pocket, maybe to buy more hashing Power) and that they don't vanishe somehow (dividends would be wrong if those shares weren't issued on any trading site). That's what I think is going down right now. EDIT: sorry, quote corrected, am on mobile
