In case anyone hasn't heard yet, ASICMiner plan on producing 400 - 1600 Ph/s of gen 3 chips. And no, that's not a typo.
try 2-20 PH/s? If gen3 was to last for 3 years then yes, they would be putting an exahash online in those 3 years. You're forgetting to put the context  Yes, that's the hashing power for the lifetime of their 3rd generation. I called that number complete bullshit at first and then I did a little research into how many 2nd gen chips Avalon have shipped. It turns out Avalon shipped around 5.1 million 2nd gen chips in about 107 days, giving 47,663 chips per day. Avalon said they didn't expect the demand to be so great and didn't produce enough chips. They've said they will be increasing production. Clearly, Avalon think they could have produced more than that number. In order for AM to produce 400 Ph/s in a year, they'd need to produce 85,616 chips per day, in order to produce 1 Eh/s in a year they'd need to produce 214,040 chips per day. Oh yeah, Avalon's 3rd gen will also be out around the same time as AM's - March. Mabsybaby, AM are trading at just over 10% of what they were worth in their glory days. And no, that's not a typo. Have you made your 1000btc yet?  I don't have any AM shares so I don't care. I'm just just letting you guys know about some news you may not have heard. |

People are freaking out, and I can't blame them.
I hope Ken can see that this is entirely his doing. The share situation has been completely under his control and the only reason we are not trading is because he chooses not to let us. I understand many other areas of the company may have unforeseen issues and that's just normal. But the shares are under Kens complete control. This is a block and it's not fair. This is utter disrespect to the share holders. |

I am selling Ukyo shares to get Active Mining BTC back that he owes us. The problem with keeping the shares is that Ukyo may do some legal like declaring bankruptcy to keep us from selling the shares in the future or claiming the dividends from the shares. This has nothing to do with our needing BTC, or that we don't have faith in the company. We are in an excellent financial position.
When trying to set up transfers of shares with other members of the forum where you transfer the ownership of my shares to someone else, you have always said you won't need to do that because we will be trading very soon. In many public messages on this forum you have said that we are mere days from trading. Now you continue to block us from trading, it is an active block. At this point it's safe to say that you have lied to us about trading our shares, you continue to block/delay us from the shares. At least answer this one question truthfully, why aren't we trading yet? What is the current excuse? |

Ken- Why do you avoid answering direct questions?
A full scale shareholder revolt, in which the shareholders actually organized and contacted a lawyer would not be very good.
You may believe that you will lead ActM to success, but if enough shareholders do not believe that, you will have a bit of a problem.

You obviously can not write few lines of code to make that "automagical" verification form to materialize. (btw, if you started manual verification, you be done with it a month ago)
I have an idea for you:
Install WP - 5-10 min
install forms plugin - 1 min
build a form - 5-10 min
publish the web address for the form - 10 sec
and be done with this.
For fuck sake Ken, if this is something you can not handle, delegate it to someone who can. Put up a 0.5 BTC bounty and have someone program it for you in a day. All your excuses so far are steaming pile of BS. Stop throwing that shit at us.
