Starting slow is always the best option, as the team doesn't want to overwhelm themselves and end up having a project fail because they decided to try to do the world as their first step. Starting slow and expanding over time and reinvesting from profits over time is the best fbet for a successful longterm company instead of biting off more than they can handle.
