What happend, that the price decreased with 50% to 16 dollar cents? Has someone already dumpend their Tagcoins into the market? That would be quiet dumb in my opinion xD

I don't get all ideas what tagbond have in hes head, (hope he can make simple tutorial case for all customer types), but I will use it several purpose:

1. For rewards/points on my own business.
2. Long term invest. (buy now cheap, sell when there is more coins on the market)
3. Short term invest (Buy/Sell between btc/usd when rate is diff)

I try to get 1% of all coins from one year mints and waiting 650-1500% profits for my invest and mining.
10$/each ... I don't believe but 1-3.5$.

The price dipped down for a short while but back up to around 34 cents which it has been for a week or so.

For Tagbond, we have the beta site of the trading exchange up and running, you can now login with your ID and deposit/withdraw TAG and BTC. 2 confs for BTC and 10 for TAG needed, then you can sync your account to register balances.

We are simplifying the tagbond site - merging the tagverts and communities into one page for example so it becomes a search location, with your saved searches, communities joined, tagverts taken etc. The TagBank section is complete, but we need to set up deposit/withdrawal for TAG and BTC, which are seperate to the exchange servers...

Feel free to create your own communities - they are private by default so if you want them to show remember to change it to public, so everyone can view it. For Tagverts, if you have products or services to sell, put them up there and promote whatever you have. It does not have to be just in TAG..Smiley

We are also revamping the Apps Section, so it shows the Tagbond app store, and the developer API to build those apps. We have about 5 apps we will be putting up there, mostly in beta as APK files, and we will also feature the web mobile apps that we create. If there are developers here that have ideas, then just create a community and get your API key to build whatever you want on top of the platform. We will feature it on the App store.

Gee, it's been a tough slog for us miners... The last 60 blocks have taken 13.5 hours instead of 4 hours.  It looks like hashcows and any other multipools that may been mining TAG have temporarily lost interest and the diff is slowly falling to a sane level.  Slowly being the operative word.  Perhaps plus or minus 25% every 30 blocks makes the coin multipool bait, at least at the moment while the hashing power is relatively low.

Would a more dynamic diff adjustment help keep the difficulty on a more even keel?  Sure the big multipools would still jump in but only for maybe 15 minutes rather than 2 hours.

I think the total hashpower decreased because the price drop with about 50%. Now it's a bit more stabilized, it's on $0,22 I see. (I'm still mining at http://tag.cryptominer.net/ ,which still has 70 Mh/s. It used to be about 160 Mh/s and even 200 Mh/s, but it isn't bad at all Wink).

@ Halibit; you're right, I agree with you Wink. The price drop isn't bad for us, that's why I said 'Has someone already dumpend their Tagcoins into the market? That would be quiet dumb in my opinion' Smiley

@ Tagbond; Where can we find the beta of the trading exchange? Smiley

I'm also wondering whether you are on the right chain. Where did you mean those coins? http://tag.cryptominer.net/ is on the right chain, and I can do everything I want with my coins.
-> I think the global hashpower also decreased since today, that's why confirmations take longer.

@ Halibit: Thanks for sharing the link! I'm going to try it out later today, I guess.

Just give it some time.. And give Tagbond a change to respond. Wink  I'm told that http://tag.cryptominer.net/ is also on the same blockchain as - for example - Crypsty. Where did you send those coins to?

My sent coins do not confirm.. at all.

Here is your 1 confirmation. Be patient and use blockexplorer first if you have issues.

Tagbond, i cannot seem to be able to get to http://beta.tagcash.net/trade/tag_btc, it shows as BTC/USD for me..
Is this on purpose?

Minar.cc pools are not running anymore, the domain was registered by someone else and I don't have any relationship with the new owner.

Yes. Looks like BTC/TAG buttons are wrong.
Deposit works but balance is 0 even after 12 confirms.

I think most of the miners went back to LTC as it skyrocketed. TAG network slowed down, diff is a little high at the moment, so we need to wait way more for everything. But keep mining folks! Smiley

@sheinsha and halibit - I ran the first transaction today and it too forever to confirm, probably due to mining pools switching coins possibly and difficulty level adjusting. But you are right it was not adding to the TAG balance even after clicking on the sync link. The coins I transferred in must have hit the wallet, because I did run a manual withdrawal on a transaction for 2 TAG to someone which should have gone through automatically. I need to check with my devs to find out why it isn't crediting the TAG balance.

This is the reason for limited beta testing with just a few users, need to iron out the odd bugs.

The TAG/BTC link need to fix...should have been done today...
