Hey friends, just saw the comments about activating 2FA. There's no requirement to enable 2FA, but obviously we highly recommend it...especially if you're using FreeBitco.in as a wallet for a large balance.

Because we know some of you won't want to use 2FA we've enhanced security measures even if you're not using it.

Leveraging email notifications and authorizations, we're enhancing security to:
  • Request a withdrawal - You'll need to authorize all withdrawals from your email address
  • Login from a new device - You'll need to verify the use off the new device via email

I know, additional steps but it's worth it to make sure that you are the only person interacting with your account.

If you have questions, I'm nearby!

how will the 2FA works? care to explain?
Because if it require me to use my mobile phone to generate some code , i will stay off for a while (changing my phone soon) to avoid unnecessary risks of getting locked out from my account.

2FA is already in place : when logging in, you have to provide a code from a 2 factor authentification app (Authy or Google authentification for example)  installed on your phone. So indeed you need your phone with you each time you want to log in on a new or shared computer/phone.

Every time I get this message when I want to claim with Phone's cellular data

"Sorry, This IP adress has been blocked. If you are using proxy, VPN or anonymization service, please turn it off before claiming free bitcoins"

I don't use any of these. I'm just opening with cellular data that's all. My only way is open with Wifi

Is there can help me?
Reset modem can solve it.

I'm saying cellular data. Mobile phone. Not modem.

Clearing cache is not solution also

Have you tried login with another Mobile's cellular data? If it is working then PM to the admin of freebitco. He may solve your issue.

If it uses Google authenticator you can use WinAuth on a Windows PC while you wait for your new phone.

I see. Thanks for the explanation guys. Will consider using 2FA once i changed my phone  Grin Grin Grin. I am starting to use freebitco as my bitcoin wallet now. The interests, although small, still quite worth it.

Today, I am getting a notification asking me to enable 2-FA. I don't have it enabled yet, but I did get a deposit recently, so this begs the question. Is there a global notification asking everyone to enable 2-FA or am I being asked to enable 2-FA, because I have a certain balance in my account. Please let me know. If it's because of my balance, then I understand. If it's a global thing, is there some threat I am unaware of?

A notification on the front page or in email? I haven't got an email from them about the 2FA authentication but I've been having one on the front page for quite some time now.

Front page after logging in.

That's normal. I had been having that on and off. And only recently activated the 2FA.

With a good balance and a lot of luck it could be possible to earn $100/day playing Hi Lo game (free rolls obviously won't give as much daily). The same Hi Lo game can even more easily empty your balance, as good as it is at start... Play only with money you can afford to lose.   Cool

Nah fuck playing Hi & Lo, house edge is too dickish but it has to be that way to keep the site running, invest some btc in ads to get some referrals, ROI will take quite awhile but you'll have steady stream of bitcoins each day with about 500 active refs. I make about $2-3 each day not gambling just redeeming each hour with 1000% reward bonus and +100 reward points.
