I understand that you don’t have an affiliate program. I have a hunch that as developer, you could use something of this sort and I am sure many users will be interested. Plus that s gonna bring some serious traffic.

You are very much mistaken, freebitco.in has an extremely generous affiliate program and that indeed has been a fundamental part of their success in driving traffic since 2013.  |

I alredy widrawed btg as it just was posible. I put them in bittrex, will see how will price change on it... When will exchange for satoshi will send back them to freebitco... |

Yes, it seems down to me, too. Don't worry, it happens from time to time, but they usually fix it quickly. This happen for very short time they settle issue very quickly now working OK for m hopefully working OK for you as well |

Hello all. New here and LOVE freebitco. I have withdrawn my BTG few DAYs ago. The time I did it, it shows kind of browser error (500 Internal Server Error iirc). I refreshed and found the "Exchange Bitcoin Gold" link disappeared and I though the withdrawal is OK. My friends got their BTG in the next day of their withdrawal but I have been waiting for 3-4 days and I believe there is some problem of my withdrawal. I tried to send an inquiry in FAQ but got no reply. I am just trying my luck here to see if the Community Manager or any brothers here could offer my some help. To admin of freebitco, my userID is 7444350. The BTG I withdrawn is 0.47x. That's kind of some big money so I wish I can get'em back. But even I lost them, I won't blame anyone cause I really love this site a lot  Thanks in advance! |

It's from the last Sunday evening, from the time of the automatic payouts. If you look then you will see that they all reset to zero. |

XAPO, for example, has live update of the rate tied to an exchange for converting BCH to BTC. They are also allowing the exchange for a much longer period of time. They are giving until January for BCH and BTG has not even started yet. Just some thoughts I wanted to share, and get your feedback on. I mean no disrespect or hostility. I'm just a user trying to get some more information about currency exchanges on your site (and requesting a longer exchange opportunity period). |

Freebitco.in is not an exchange, they had no obligation to even give us BTG nor BCash, So instead of bitching about the exchange rate you should seek alternatives. |

Now that you brought it up here , let me re-question your rates. 1. Why are you giving the customers a ridiculously low exchange rate ( 40% lower than the current market rates ) ? ( .032(market rate) v/s 0.019 (your rate) Note : rates today = 0.032 BTC / BTG ( as on Nov 22 0400 UTC - source : https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin-gold/) 2. Why have you pegged the rate at a constant 0.019 BTC/BTG when market exchange prices are not ? We offered the BTG exchange on Nov 20th in the early morning, at the time BTG was worth BTC0.015. So we actually offered the BTG conversion at a rediculously high 30% greater than market value. Since that time BTG has doubled in value, maybe on our news (?!). We're not a currency exchange, we don't offer dynamic conversion rates for alternative currencies. What we do is honor hard fork airdrops for our members and daily interest on balanced, which is more than every other Bitcoin wallet in existence! |

Problems with freebitco.in
1 Why is my IP blocked? I don't have any proxy, VPN, or anonymization service.
2 I read that after my deposit 0.0004000, there will be no CAPTCHA, I did this, why is it still there?
I have only one static IP 80.232.241.156, provider Lattelekom,
I emailed a question to support 3 times, but no response.
